I’d say, if it’s not more than five minutes, then it’s still very usable. As long as the crema is still nice :) If not, then we’d keep the shot in a separate container, and make espresso brownies out of it!

Melbourne's legality is different so yes you need to do course in the state you plan to live. Hope that helps 😀
