You can record an audio file of pencil scratch noise with your phone. Then importing the writing video file and import the pencil scratch audio file into an editor like CapCut and put the writing video in the video track and put the pencil scratch audio in the audio track then export from CapCut and you will have a new video with the writing and pencil scratch noise

There’s an easier way to do this if you’re not writing in script so pretty much you just write out each little section of the letter on a different layer and boom there you go

You can do this the same way in Adobe Fresco, which is similar to Procreate.
When you use key frame apps like after effects or photoshop the way you animate writing is more complicated than this simple method
