Turn off the background layer. Export as Gif. Easy peezy!
I got the issue too I turn off the background but still appear other layer that have black background

Amazing job! How would you incorporate that into a video? Meaning if you wanted your signature animation to repeatedly play in the corner of your social media posts/videos? Any idea? Thanks in advance. New sub here!
You’d need to turn off the background layer and export as GIF, .MOV (only supported on some programs for transparency), or PNG sequence.
Then add to your chosen video editing program.
Or export it as-is and use a blending layer like "lighten" which will only show the brightest of the two pixels that are overlayed. Black will never be shown and white will always be shown.
