    Hello,in the case,using boundary condition pressure-pressure,and model basaed in pressure, Why using this algoritmo ? It is inestability in this case, but the residuos converge in small itereaction? If the flow compressible , the method velocity -pressure is more accepted.

    Hi, great video thanks for your help. Where did you find the lift-AoA and Lift-Drag data from the experimental test from NASA? I can't find it in the report? And I would like to compare my simulated results with the tested results.

      Hi, glad to hear from you. Kindly check Figure no 4 in page no 25 of the report. Lift and Drag coefficient against AoA are provided in the figure.

      Hi, thanks for your comments. You can increase the static pressure at the outlet to reduce the Mach number.

    hi, thank you for the educational vide of the ANSYS fluent. If i have a compressible flow upto 3 mach and i used pressure farfield and pressure outlet, what are the values of the gauge pressure and temperature. How do I calculate them?

    • @LearnCAE
      @LearnCAE  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi glad to see your comment. You can specify the guage pressure/temperature based on the isentropic relations and ambient pressure/temperature conditions.

    What was the exact angle of canard chamfer and the length of the line on which you've applied chamfer?
    And can you tell me how to make a proper air tight geometry, coz I'm getting some issue while meshing.

    • @LearnCAE
      @LearnCAE  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi, the total chamfer angle is 16deg. It is applied all over the edges of canard. To generate air tight geometry, you need to export the geometry with tight tolerance.

      You should get rid of any features on your mesh like holes, I am on the student version and I made the mesh as simple as I could just keeping the important parts and I didn't reach the limit with the same cell size values as this video.

    Hey, I am about to start a 3D analysis of an airfoil with a set of vortex generators on top of it for supersonic flows. Can I refer to this tutorial cuz the missile too has sharp extruded faces on the top (just like my airfoil having the vortex generators on top) and bottom and I really can't seem to mesh my model for the vortex generators especially.
