I'm doing a 4in diameter, 6ft tall rocket at 515 m/s. My drag coefficient and force are quite large, like 2500 and 2000N. I'm measuring the drag from the surface of the rocket all the way around.
Ansys gives the warning that you cannot use pressure farfield for non ideal gas and until that BC is changed setup cannot be initialized. How did you get results??
at 3:10 (after using facing splitting and before generation) i am facing this problem: It says ANSYSWBU.exe encountered a problem. and shows A diagnostic file has been written : C:\\User\sai\App data\local\Temp\WBDumpfile.dmp please help
i set pressure as 70120 Pa, but results give me only dynamic pressura both in total and static one, how can i fix it? forcing 70120 Pa at inlet instead of 0?

Really very helpful. Explained very clearly as well.
thank you. Please more video for calculating Cx)

Air was modelled as an ideal gas in this simulation. You can also use zero shear wall boundary condition.
9:47 does a time skip, you clear a warning by ansys. I want to know how cause im facing similar warning.

What changes do we need to do while analyzing the same case in 3D ?
