Jumped into a VIP Private Charter mission last night after the update. My joystick ailerons, elevators and autopilot button were not working, nearly crashed after take off, but managed to slow the sim rate right down while I set the autopilot and climb rate manually, then went into controller settings to find that Microsoft had added some extra assignments to the joystick functions which needed to be removed. After that, I completed the mission, but because I had veered off course at the start, I got a low score for not following airline procedures, ending up with a B. Still picked up a tidy 310,000 credits though.
From the Patch Notes No major Issues will be Fixed until the next Patch in 2025 unfortunately I've Gone back to FS2020 and I'll wait until 2026 before returning to FS 2024 Hopefully it's Fixed them

Wow you are making a lot of progress, I also found out some weirdness with the controllers after the update ...

Hi just update fs2024 and find out that the PFD and ND in all Airbus not working any ideas? BTW they work on B737
just guessing but it looks like the update broke some things, testing as we speak

i would hope that they are updating it every week! it's going to take a while before they get things worked out....
