Another thing to declutter is the calendar. We often have too many hobbies, projects and meetings stealing our time and adding unnecessary stress. If possible, choose hobbies and extracurriculars were you don't have independent practice and don't have to bring any extra stuff for.

Yes more stuff you have the more stuff you have to manage, the more things float around your brain and in front of your eyes
