    Been doing a little more head sorting myself lately......tedious is putting it very politely....that for sure..... ;)
    I like to start by separating by stud type, solid, blocked open or hollow.
    Then sort into single and dual sided, followed my male/female.
    Each to their own of course,.
    brickognize has been a great help saving time in guessing descriptions.....

    Thanks for your vids, I'm really enjoying them.
    I run a small Bricklink store, mainly selling used parts. I totally agree with sorting heads being very tedious! The worst thing is tiny colour variations in eyebrows or frown lines.

      Glad you like them! - Yeah heads can be a pain and one of the things I often put off for far too long. BUT they are such good sellers and have quite a lot of value.

    So we packed some stuff on a Sunday for shipping on a Monday, then did the full (normal) week of five days, then picked / packed stuff on a Saturday? Didn’t think that was the plan 😀?
    Anyway, my Lego spending has been down simply because a) there was the GWP (which seems the entire VIP community went mad for - I know it’s supposed to be “Lego Insiders” but I’m with Bricktsar and sticking with VIP), and b) quite a few of my Amazon book orders which I ordered months ago are all coming out at the same time….
    So cash flow at the end of the month is more drought than deluge (unlike the weather…).
    Music wise indoctrinated a few work colleagues into early Wishbone Ash so have been giving Live Dates a spin (I keep forgetting how long Phoenix is live and am always pleasantly surprised!)

      I know! I've started getting suckered into getting customer orders out on a Saturday if they ordered at a reasonable time on Friday. Its a slippery slope!
      I avoided the gwp (I'm with you and Trickster on it still being VIP), but seem to have spent way more than I should have done on other items that are not moving as swiftly as I would like.
      Ah, Wishbone Ash! I remember seeing them a couple of times when I lived in Middlesbrough. Once was on the less classic "Twin Barrels Burning" Tour with Trevor Boulder ( I love the song Hold On). I also remember Laurie Wisefield producing one of my ex band mates demos. Fun times. I have been watching far too many record collecting videos of late and have been doing some tidying of my digital library after moving it to a new SSD drive (so much faster to access and update).

    Hey, fairly new to your channel and loving the vids so far. I’m a buyer wih no really hopes of becoming a seller but I have amassed a decent size collection. I love that yellow sorting tray you have the with corner cut out. I noticed that Pops Block shop has the same one. I’ve got to ask, where did you get it? It would be so useful!

      Welcome aboard! - Glad you're enjoying the videos so far. As for the tray I got mine from Amazon.com (not the UK site) quite some time back but I'm not sure if they are available now. Shipping fairly expensive but I had a voucher to use. I think even Pop's is finding them harder to come by now.

    great video again ! but sadly the seires 25 sales have really really slolwed down, i have switched to 2 orders/day to 1 or 2 per week, unfortunatly i stocked up on vampire knights and goat guy( i bought about 40 each at a good price) and i hant been selling them quickly, seems like its time to bring price down as the madness january rush is over

    • @BrickArena
      @BrickArena  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, this is always the case, you'll get great sales as the series is launched and there is hype around collecting them all with free sellers. Now that people can scan the box to see what figure they are less likely to buy at inflated prices.

    I parted out 15 of the battle pack and in 24 hours sold all the storm troopers to one customer and all the battle droids to another

      Nice work. I presume all on Bricklink and at a modest price. I tend to sell mine on eBay to maximise value.

      @@BrickArena it was, have you found it easier to sell figs on ebay with accessories?

    • @BrickArena
      @BrickArena  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@zorbeastinc Depends on how ytou want to approach it. Sounds like you sold more quickly but at what price? Figures tend to sell for a higher value on eBay, though of course this includes postage.

  • @Babar13-2
    @Babar13-2 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

    The figures are not going for much money on the star wars sets, this will be like the clone trooper packs, overbought and overlisted. i recond trying to move them as fast as you can before the price crash too much

    • @BrickArena
      @BrickArena  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I agree, oversubscribed. BUT when you're getting them at the price I did you don't need to sell as many to cover costs and make a little profit. Others will sell over time.
