Perhaps look into having an additional fee if a order is below 1 GBP? I do that at least, adding 1 eur if order value is below 1 eur. Feels pointless to pack such small orders if that fee isn't there. :/

Same, I have a service fee for orders under $7.5 aud of 3.5. It discourages silly orders, and if someone really wants to, then it covers our packaging and labor fixed costs

Not quite having to dip into savings, but having a cable in your gearbox fail certainly curtails expenditure (not to mention all of the inconvenience of not having ones own motor conveyance to get around…..and if I’d known that was going to happen I wouldn’t have purchased that limited edition Eagle Transporter from Space 1999 the day before…but never mind, car is back !).
KDDK time. The DarWin album is excellent, really enjoying the musical stylings and when finances are back to normal, will seek out the previous albums.
The new Airbag album has finally arrived and the production, musicianship, and songs are up to their usual high standard, slightly less ambient this time but some very nice guitar work, really enjoying it (but then I am a self confessed fan 😀).
And finally on the turntable (or in the CD slot I suppose we should say), The Pineapple Thief with the remixed 2007 album What we have Sown with bonus tracks. Which may have been in your pile from the last Vlog? Thought I caught a glimpse of the cover (wind blown trees / sheep / field) but I could be wrong. Anyway, also enjoying this one and the title track clocks in at 27 minutes plus which I think qualifies as “epic” in length 😀.
Hopefully with the weather cooling down a bit now, and normal service resumed British Summer weather wise, orders will increase.

Oh no, car trouble is the worst. Hope its not too expensive and inconvenient. Its always a pain when these things come out of nowhere.
KDDK - Glad you like the DarWin album, it really is some of the best stuff I've heard in a while. As a result I've been on a bit of a DarWin-related journey this week and been listening to a lot of stuff that Mohini Dey has been involved with. She's such a talented bass player. I've found the MAMOGI (a band she's in with her saxophonist husband) album quite interesting and good background music. I've also been listening to the Reddcoats which is Greg Bisonette, along with his brother and one of my favourite guitarists Andy Timmons.
I'll have to add Airbag to my "Dans recommendations" list. No Pinapple Thief in my stash that I can see so will have to give that a spin on the stream to check it out. Hope the car is fixed soon.

Dude you need to put a min order of a least £10 on your store. Crazy amount of work for tiny orders.

It’s not really a lot of work just annoying sometimes. £10 would be way too much. I’m trying to make a living and I’d get a lots less orders with that as a minimum

@@BrickArena honestly I don't know how you do it but fair play. I am new to bricklink ordered my first set a year ago but I've seen plenty of stores with £10 or £20 spend minimum threshold and honestly I get why sellers do it. Its very unfair to only buy 10p worth of lego.

@@keno31186 I guess it depends if those stores are full-time or not and needing to pay the mortgage.
