I loved seeing Velen recognizing Illidan after all. He did a lot for Azeroth and nobody really trusted him, nobody recognized his sacrifices. Velen admitting that Illidan was right and wishing him the best was refreshing, Illidan deserved some love
Vengirni yeah even when he was Jailed he was still preparing and visiting the place (Forgot where it was the place where Demons go when they die) and he was listening and training his dark power . You could say the Master has become the Student and the Student is now the Master (Sargeras and Illidan)
Horde hero: Welp, that's that." Alliance hero: "Yep! Always nice to remind the forces of darkness who rules this neck of the woods." *the two stare at each other* Horde hero: "Now then, where were we..." *draws axe* Alliance hero: "Indeed." *draws sword* [sounds of battle as we zoom out to a view of Azeroth. Que credits]
Do you truly zhink the war was the choice of the factions? or maybe a boy king who tells lies? A diamond king who serves as a pawn? The whole war is 100% old god stuff
Sargeras: "Aman'Thul, is it... over?" Aman'Thul: "At long last. No major villain rules forever, my brother." Sargeras: "I can see only middling expansions... before me..." Aman'Thul: "Without a major plot device, the restless fanbase will complain on the forums. Control must be maintained. There must always be a Big Bad."
Well, there is still the other Old Gods, Queen Azshara, the and Void Gods. so plenty of lore for more EX Pacs. WOW is not going anywhere anytime soon budddy :)
this cinematic just made me cry tears of joy! 15 years of warcraft! i cant wait to have kids and tell them bedtime stories of the world of azeroth and then show them all these wonderful cinematic when they grow up... this has been a journey indeed...
099Nitro, it is something to celebrate--the Burning Legion has been serving as the main villains of the story from the very first game. The original Horde and the First/Second Wars, the Scourge, the Battle of Mt. Hyjal, the war in Outland, the corruption of the Sunwell, the entirety of Legion...and now it's finally over. 'Tis a wrap-up worthy of celebration.
Aman'Thul : "Return home, children of Azeroth!" *the draenei and orcs look at each other then back at the titans* Orcs and Draenei : "Are we supposed to stay?"
"Unable to retrieve corpse. Please speak to a Spirit Healer to resurrect at a graveyard." "Oh, come on! I'm a friggin' GHOST! I should be able to phase through this big-ass sword, or at least drag my cold, dead corpse out of it!"
Even though Blizzard didn't do well in making their characters deep and emotional in the last two expansions (e.g. Maiev freeing dhunters and Illidan with pokerface basically), it is enough for your brain to imagine what the rest of the picture looks like. That moment when Velen realises that he and his people do not have to fight the Legion anymore, that's very emotional. They've been living like this for 25 thousand years, and if you imagine how much horror they've been through, it just leaves you speechless.
Im a Horde player but moments like that 25,000 year sigh of relief of Velen and that tearful expression of hope Anduin had during the BfA cinematic really hit some emotional strings for me. Blizz made some seriously memorable moments for characters I (generally) don't normally feel for with those two.
I agree re: Velen's expression, but I think there was plenty of emotion in this expansion--I assume you meant "the last two patches." Not all of it was tear-jerking emotions, but there was plenty of emotion to keep you intrigued. I personally thought Maiev freeing the Illidari was a stroke of genius--she spends pretty much the entire story hating and blaming Tyrande for freeing Illidan, unable to comprehend why the High Priestess would do such a thing...right up to the moment Maiev finds herself doing the exact same thing. That's nothing if not poetic.
Vigorous Void Sargeras and Illidan will be back then probably be the ones we need to fight and finish the Void. Remember the Pantheon is also there, so we will need the Pantheon, Sargeras, and Illidan to end the Void. In that time Anduin will be old and in need of help.
I hated 8.3 because of Blizzard listening to the vocal players who got tired of demons and green, wrongly scrapping Thal'Dranath (the original intended 8.3 zone) and replacing it with what should have been 8.0 through 8.3 just for those complaining players they never should have listened to
Utter Disappointment Well AP are tied to weapons and he might have had grinded for Warglave of Azzinoths but he had those weapons under a year. Also sargeras defaeted all of patheon alone already only using his weapon on aggramar and other he just destroyed with magic. Also even weakened sargeras is stronger than Archi and KJ combined and Illidan couldn't even defeat either one of them one v one.
I'm only 1:10 in and I have to say that the dynamic between Illidan and Velen was awesome and makes me smile. Someone likes Illidan, besides his followers! :D
After all these years of wanting to see the great Sargeras, I can honestly say Blizzard did a fantastic job revealing him. It may have been brief, but that's a good thing. You don't wanna see to much of him or else we'd get bored, lol. Also, Illidan's story coming full circle from being the jailed to the jailer is really awesome to see. Perfect way to end his story, in my opinion. (Well, for now.) Also, the transition at the end to the camera at the ocean and panning up to Gorribal (Sargeras' sword.) reminded me of the reveal trailer where it shows Khadgar as a raven flying at the Broken Shore. Kind of reminds me of a quote from the movie. ''From Light, comes Darkness. And from Darkness, Light.'' So yeah. This cinematic was great. A perfect way to end the Burning Crusade and finally take down the Legion (for now). 10/10, next expansion is gonna be a thrill!
Wait Sargeras! I need to ask you if it still hurts!!!! Sargeras: Does what still hurt?! That cut Broxigar gave ya? (Drops the microphone and flys home on the Vindicar)
I wish they'd had a moment to talk, just the three of them. Illidan sends them a message through us, which is... not the best idea. Tyrande and Malfurion were pretty indifferent. I don't think saying good-bye through text is the smartest way to go.
I believe it's referenced in one of the order hall campaigns but I'm not certain. Still though, the fact that Aggramar's transmog sword is named Taeshalach seems to indicate it is still part of the canon.
MicroMachine 286 that will be awesome. Yea a lot of the RPG was meh, but much more like this stuff was awesome to have. Particularly during the Vanilla days
"In the exiled hero's final act, he rose his weapon in an attempt to cleanse the tainted lands of Silithus and destroy C'thun. Sacrifices needed to be made in order to protect all other life, not just a singular planet. The Old Gods are destroying more and more life as we speak and the peoples moral compass have once again brought nothing but pain to this world! I should know... I too was in Sargaras' position, exiled and driven into madness, the masquerade of a monster.. and the will to do whatever it took to protect the ones you care for... We are very alike. - Illidan Stormrage
That music at the end! Thank you Blizz! Probably my favorite song in WoW. I love all the variations of it as well. That song was one good thing that came from WoD.
Velens sigh of relief is so important. Years of being hunted across the universe watching his people die every time has now come to an end. He can finally rest now without worries
christianziphone lol I know, that was the joke. I understand his sigh of relief since the burden of the legion is finally lifted of his shoulders. I was just saying that even though he has been relieved, a giant sword has quite literally and figuratively added an even greater burden to everyone else.
"So Dhadghar, What are we going to do about that giant sword that's slowly killing our planet?" Dhadgar: "Eh... we'll just leave it there. You kids can go fight eachother over who has the best hair or something"
DeViiLzZ he actually will keep tormenting him they will continuously fight because Illidan sharpened his blades already knowing he was gonna have fun slashing on Sargeras.
I am sargeras and this is my titan soul, i work here with kil jaedan and my titan argus if there is one thing ive learned in 12 eons its that you never know what is gonna come through the dark portal
This is probably the best final boss defeat cutscene since Wrath's. It's both the almost perfect way to end off Legion, and it's absolutely beautiful visually.
Jackie Dangerously and we certainly won't be prepared. *ducks rotten fruit* Come on! This will be the last time we see Illidan for a while, I *had* to!
Loved this cutscene, BUT!! Can we please have one of those amazing Blizzard super high definition cinematics, featuring Sargeras? A villain such as him deserves it!
RIP all the noobies that were leveling in Silithus.
RIP to my monk then. Well, I knew I should never have rolled a pandaren.
You're assuming there were people actually IN Silithus.
Ivan D&D no one levels in Silithus.
"I'm gonna do a quick AQ transmog run... wait... WHAT THE FFFFFUUUUUUU-"
Ulfric Stormcloak i did last weekend 56 to 59
"Our survival was never in Fate's hands."
For the first time in ten thousand years, Illidan smiles.
Tyler Ellyson
How can you say that who knows maybe he had laughed while he was in toilet?
he smiled to troll velen when he told him he failed his people because the light held him back
He smiled when he raised the Naga.
I loved seeing Velen recognizing Illidan after all. He did a lot for Azeroth and nobody really trusted him, nobody recognized his sacrifices. Velen admitting that Illidan was right and wishing him the best was refreshing, Illidan deserved some love
C'thun: *OH GOD RIGHT IN THE EYE, WHY IS IT ALWAYS THE GODDAMN EYE*
Why did I read this in TFS Vegeta's voice?
Illidan was prepared
For ten thousand years he has been preparing
Vengirni yeah even when he was Jailed he was still preparing and visiting the place (Forgot where it was the place where Demons go when they die) and he was listening and training his dark power . You could say the Master has become the Student and the Student is now the Master (Sargeras and Illidan)
Depend on what you say he's prepared for because he sure as hell ain't prepared to fight Sargeras but is prepared to be his jailer
"The Hunter is nothing without the hunt..."
That Black Temple throwback though.
Man, whatever was directly under that sword is spectacularly dead.
cenarion hold i think. RIP
silithus
u mean Azeroth? it is still there and alive
R.I.P Silithus. Got annihilated all of it besides Ahn Quiraj.
i hope sargeras aimed with the sword for one of those pesky gnomes :D
well Azeroth has a giant sword in it now..... time to start a War with ourselves again.
4odd9even yeah, perfect moment :D
Horde hero: Welp, that's that."
Alliance hero: "Yep! Always nice to remind the forces of darkness who rules this neck of the woods."
*the two stare at each other*
Horde hero: "Now then, where were we..." *draws axe*
Alliance hero: "Indeed." *draws sword*
[sounds of battle as we zoom out to a view of Azeroth. Que credits]
4odd9even thats why BfA is disapointing.
Amazing Spidey :v

Light be with you, Illidan Stormrage.
*Lord Illidan knows the way*
The burning crusade, is over
That makes me kinda sad.
that makes sense -at least to me
NO!
Until expansion four years from now comes out: World of Warcraft - Burning Crusade 2, Sargeras' Revenge
World of Warcraft: Too Burning Too Crusade
A subtle touch, Velen didn't call Illidan "Betrayer" but "Illidan Stormrage", acknowledging what he did
RIP Cenarion Hold. Noggle Ficklespragg, survived scorpid poison, killed by giant space sword.
The jailed becomes the jailor.
iceguy93 Legends say that Maiev still visits Argus everyday so that Illidan can continue to show her the demon within
Nicole Mott
Karma
I read that as _janitor_. Still fits.
Now with Shadowlands coming out and a character called the Jailor that makes this funny
this aged well
Sargeras: "Aman'Thul, is it... over?"
Aman'Thul: "At long last. No major villain rules forever, my brother."
Sargeras: "I can see only middling expansions... before me..."
Aman'Thul: "Without a major plot device, the restless fanbase will complain on the forums. Control must be maintained. There must always be a Big Bad."
DevoutSkeptic eventually we get the bigger bad in the void
They already fixed that. It's the Void Lords now.
Well, there is still the other Old Gods, Queen Azshara, the and Void Gods. so plenty of lore for more EX Pacs. WOW is not going anywhere anytime soon budddy :)
Iam Spartacus well yes void lords but queen azshara and the old gods are nothing in comparison to sergares.
Sargeras was a afraid of the void lords so I would say they compare quite well
Our survival was never in fates hand
- Prophet Velen
What is this? Character develeopment in my warcraft?
theres actualy a lot of character developement
I guess is some kind of ''You were right Illidan''
The dark days are over, Christie Golden is at the helm now
Jiki Yama in golden we trust
That has been happening quite a bit in recent years.
Watching this after seeing the Ny'alotha ending cinematic... I wish it was still 2017.
Same
That sword is still not as big as some orc's shoulerpads
krucial go away nobody asked you
Chillastrophic rude
Who would win? A Giant Sword wielded by a Fallen Titan vs Some green boi's Shoulderpads.
ITS YOU
You should see some of the GNome shoulderpads.
Light be with you, Illidan Stormrage.
*Illidan disintegrates*
Maybe Light was a poor choice.
Better like RIP Illidan.
May the Light be with you, Stormrage
Light is weak.
im calling the cops
Maiev be like "WAIT WHERES ILLIDAN I NEED TO CATCH HIM"
clinical depression YOOOO SHE IS CRYING RIGHT NOW 😂😂😂
she was the one to set him and his people free xD
It goes so well with your profile pic 😂😂
She chased him to Outland once before, she can totally go after him wherever he is now.
Not really
Damn...that Illidan smirk got me.
''He learned''
Still didn't work for Tyrande
Xerocoo Tyrande is a snookie-lookalike
Dat sigh of relief
Well The Burning Legion did hunt him and his people for around 25,000 years.
Drool
You could say that Sargeras was not prepared
Sargeras is not prepared for.....power of Murky xD
Can't wait to hear your thoughts about it !
Nobbel87 AHHHH FINALLY ITS HERE
Well... I am waiting Monday with pation now
this cinematic just made me cry tears of joy! 15 years of warcraft! i cant wait to have kids and tell them bedtime stories of the world of azeroth and then show them all these wonderful cinematic when they grow up... this has been a journey indeed...
wonderful? your standards must be very low.
099Nitro Speak for yourself.
You are just like me😂
Just returning after seeing the SL ending cinematic.
I wonder what the Citizens of Azeroth saw while Sargeras was straddling the world.
shiny ass eyes and dark red cloud probs
Probably the most massive package in the world.
Goldshire innkeeper: oh crap.
Titan taint.
People in Silithus: FINALLY OUR MISERY ENDS!
Have you heard the legend of the sword in the Stone?
Sargeras: " Hold my beer"
Oh yes
And that's when Sargeras created the legend of the sword in the Zone 😂
Sargeras: " NO, if i die, the silithus gold farm will die WITH ME !"
Bronze drake: Ha, not on my watch. PHASING!
"The hunter is nothing without the hunt", RIP Maiev...
Leonel Cornalo She should stay on there with him xd
Aman'Thul : "Return home, children of Azeroth!" *the draenei and orcs look at each other then back at the titans* Orcs and Draenei : "Are we supposed to stay?"
ultraboy222 Because he loves to leave his bros and son at Argus.
RIP C'Thun
XD
Called it! He ruined our next expansion as the final mockery. Sargeras had the final laugh!
i would love it if sargeras killed C'THUN
Finally, the moment we've been waiting for since _Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos_ *15 YEARS!* When Illidan finally gets to tell everyone *"I TOLD YOU"*
If we would still have and accurate nice story the legion would have won instead of us just facerolling as usual over the big bad evil.
Talk for yourself buddy, I really enjoyed the story of Legion.
Erik Le Blanc Pleym if you enjoy being a Mary Sue owning everything without sweating sure
Mary Sue? We built up to this moment with 13 years of gameplay. This was a slow powercreep.
Erik Le Blanc Pleym can't remember that we lost any battle so far. We are flst overhyped Sellsword super heroes who murder anything big for loot
Me: Ooooh the last Flower in silithus... *leans over to pick up*
*Sargeras brings sword down on me*
*Dies making the Oof sound*
Is that an Ice Age reference?
Mega Minx no lol
L I T T Y Nah you gotta do the Wilhelm scream.
"Unable to retrieve corpse. Please speak to a Spirit Healer to resurrect at a graveyard."
"Oh, come on! I'm a friggin' GHOST! I should be able to phase through this big-ass sword, or at least drag my cold, dead corpse out of it!"
Velen's sigh got me tho... it is the end of his long journey
Not just his. That sigh was the relief of a billion souls who died, and a billion more who live thanks to their actions.
Farewell Illidan, and your smirk
Illidan: King Of Smirks long may he reign over the cosmos as he Bastia bombs Sargeras across the stars!
Im gonna miss him the most...
Just go to Black Temple, he's still there
woosh
he'll be back
Even though Blizzard didn't do well in making their characters deep and emotional in the last two expansions (e.g. Maiev freeing dhunters and Illidan with pokerface basically), it is enough for your brain to imagine what the rest of the picture looks like. They've been living like this for 25 thousand years, and if you imagine how much horror they've been through, it just leaves you speechless.
But now they have to fight the Horde! Please Blizz...
Compared to fighting the Legion, fighting the Horde must seem like a vacation.
Im a Horde player but moments like that 25,000 year sigh of relief of Velen and that tearful expression of hope Anduin had during the BfA cinematic really hit some emotional strings for me. That's nothing if not poetic.
We'll see how Velen feels when the VOID LORDS take center stage an expansion or two from now...
That Illidan and Velen bromance.
This wasnt a mere bromance. This was a power couple.
Shhhh, you're making Maiev jealous.
She is more jealous of Sargeras at this point. He gets to hang out a eternity with Illidan now.
Velen was more of a brother to Illidan than Malfurion could ever HOPE to be.
Malfy never even hoped to be a brother for Illidan anyway
"Screw this one zone in particular!"
Luun Luun even Sargie knew that. Hahaha
Sargeras - Hide and Seek champion
>1000 degree sword vs Azeroth's atmosphere
NTRisforthinker s Yes, just, yes.
Lmao
He just wanted to show up Maiev one last time...by taking her job.
Nicole Mott He took er' jeeerb!
METALRON DEY TOOK ER JERRRBBBS?!
DURKER DURRR!
Tony P DURRKER DURR
I miss Sargeras already.
Johannes Simola well i mean its not like he's dead he will be back
True but its still sad. I hope they don't do anything like "patheon have shown sargeras the error of his ways"
Vigorous Void Sargeras and Illidan will be back then probably be the ones we need to fight and finish the Void. Remember the Pantheon is also there, so we will need the Pantheon, Sargeras, and Illidan to end the Void. In that time Anduin will be old and in need of help.
Johannes Simola poor guy doesnt even want to be in orgy and hes forced...fanfic inc
Mercury oh god please no x D
I love Velen, Magni and Khadgar are just stood there like " Nah we are done here"
This made me cry... I don’t care what anyone says, I love this xpac!
I cried like a bitch when i saw this for the first time.
WarPig70 Same
I hated 8.3 because of Blizzard listening to the vocal players who got tired of demons and green, wrongly scrapping Thal'Dranath (the original intended 8.3 zone) and replacing it with what should have been 8.0 through 8.3 just for those complaining players they never should have listened to
Even though I wanted to see the combat of Illidan and Sargeras ...
100/10
He just slashed him up.
Thantos Illidan has permanent Metamorphosis, and grinded AP for 10,000 years, it'll be pretty one-sided.
You thinks thats not on porpuse? Sargeras will win, and he will return.
lmao nah
Utter Disappointment Well AP are tied to weapons and he might have had grinded for Warglave of Azzinoths but he had those weapons under a year. Every Demon hunter: ILLIDAN-SENPAI, NOOOOO!!!!
Illidan has been elevated to a new status. Rejoice for him.
Just go to Argus. He is still there lul
You can also pay him a visit in the black temple.
As demon hunter myself!
ILLDAN SENPAI DID IT!!!!
I could hear the screaming all the way from Azeroth...
If only Maiev was there to keep Illidan company!
Riceball Inc. It must be very boring being whit a bunch of dudes for the rest of the eternity .At least Eonar is there too
Since the beginning of Legion I was waiting for them to be united til the end of times :(
She would turn into Niagara waterfall. I suppose
Riceball Inc. I can imagine her running to Argus screaming "ILLIDAN IS MY CHARGE!"
+Utter Disappointment its not like you can run through space tho LMao
I'm only 1:10 in and I have to say that the dynamic between Illidan and Velen was awesome and makes me smile. Someone likes Illidan, besides his followers! :D

Wait Sargeras! I need to ask you if it still hurts!!!!
Sargeras: Does what still hurt?!
That cut Broxigar gave ya? (Drops the microphone and flys home on the Vindicar)
Honestly, I wish Tyranda and Malfurion had said something to Illidan after all their doubts towards him. So unfair to the Dark Knight
Nicholas Goh he leaves them a message for us to give to them and they respond to it...
I wanted him giving them both the bird tbh.
CornMyles they actually responded in a very apathic manner as if they did not hear the message.......
I wish they'd had a moment to talk, just the three of them. Illidan sends them a message through us, which is... not the best idea. Tyrande and Malfurion were pretty indifferent. I don't think saying good-bye through text is the smartest way to go.
Mike Your comment made me spit my drink clear into my phone. Rip
Damn that was awesome!.... now to a more important topic.. Can I loot that sword? ..it uh.. goes with a transmog of mine.. yea!
Lorewise, the sword that drops from Aggramar (Taeshalach) is the other half of the sword that Sargeras' own sword fragmented from.
I mean. I want the sword as big as it is portrayed here!
MicroMachine 286 is that still lore? I thought that was part of the rpg written out
I believe it's referenced in one of the order hall campaigns but I'm not certain. Still though, the fact that Aggramar's transmog sword is named Taeshalach seems to indicate it is still part of the canon.

iceman3317 thats not from wod. The cinematic plays 7.3 argus and seat of the pantheon theme. Yes its fking awesome
Velens sigh of relief is so important. Years of being hunted across the universe watching his people die every time has now come to an end. He can finally rest now without worries
christianziphone about that.... Lol. What about the sword??
Officer Goober as you can see he was not looking at the sword he was looking at sargeras getting pulled back and the rift closing
christianziphone lol I know, that was the joke. I understand his sigh of relief since the burden of the legion is finally lifted of his shoulders. I was just saying that even though he has been relieved, a giant sword has quite literally and figuratively added an even greater burden to everyone else.
But honestly, this is a great ending to 15 great years of storytelling
It's not the end as long as blizz keeps making money off of WOW
Holy
Mother
the Light
Macaroni
Cow!
Ret
This was the true end of WOW
Blizzard actually made a cinematic that rivals Fall of the Lich King! Good job! Also the music here is just as insane!
I will miss Illidan.
They left his fate ambiguous so Blizzard'll bring him back sooner or later. Again.
phiengley His fate will be explained further outside the cinematic.
On the Blizzcon they sad that his story woud end in Antorus.
he'll be back when the sub numbers are down
He will return. He always does. Don’t worry it’s not the last time that we see him
*Sniff* ..
He was prepared.
That cinematic is even better after the taste of the BfA's finale.
I wanted to see Illidan get turned into a titan sized Demon Hunter to finish the battle off.
But instead Sargeras came down to his size.
Hes not Kerrigan ;)
illidin will get owned by sargeras are u kidding
After this cinematic, the feat from Broxxigar the red is even more epic. DAYUM LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THAT BITCH!
Just "killed" off one of Azeroths biggest threats, Let´s have peace and rebuild Azeroth! NAH! Let´s start a war with the Alliance/Horde!
just temporary jailed, where "temporary" means an eternity
Illidan, C'thun and Yogg-Saron were also meant to be imprisoned for eternity. He will be back.
Not dead, imprisoned
They should have hired Arnold Schwarzenegger to voice over Sargeras "I'll be back"
Well Yogg-saron is still alive and C'thun is chillin' under the sea
look at bfa ending. now look at this. now look again at bfa ending. now back to this. sadly, that isnt this.
After seing the BFA ending i came here cause i felt nostalgic........
At last Sargeras is defeated. Let's have a party up in Teldrassil!
yeah I'll prepare the camp fire
I'll bring some fireworks to celebrate.
I also heard that Sylvanas is gonna bring the BBQ.
Barcey The Zombie I heard that Baine was gonna bring the Beef steaks too.
Does anyone like fire dancers?
"I will be the savior of my people! I WILL FULFILL MY DESTINY!" - Illidan Stormrage
For us you do the final sacrifice, we remember you illidan stormrage... :'v
I wonder how the SCP Foundation is going to cover this one up...
NOOOO I DIDNT FINISH RECORDING ALL THE ZONES WITH ARGUS IN SKIES
Nazshak Then you had better hurry. You probably have time until you personally kill Argus or the next patch.
get a life bro.
"So Dhadghar, What are we going to do about that giant sword that's slowly killing our planet?"
Dhadgar: "Eh... we'll just leave it there. You kids can go fight eachother over who has the best hair or something"
Did the Titans just deathgrip Sargeras?
Kargath Bladefist (WoD) Yeah, pretty much
The longest Death Grip in Warcraft history.
More like Arcane Grip
Space Satan is going to beat on Illidan forever
oh my god Sargeras really is Space Satan
Nah man. Illidan is going to beat on Space Satan forever.
Space Satan is so good. I can't stop laughing at it.
DeViiLzZ he actually will keep tormenting him they will continuously fight because Illidan sharpened his blades already knowing he was gonna have fun slashing on Sargeras.
DeViiLzZ for eternity
"Light be with you Illidan"
PFFFT YOU KNOW IT WON'T AND YOU KNOW HE DOESN'T NEED IT ! >:D
Sands... soaked in pain. Rivers... rivers of blood.
Skies aflame. A sword... in the darkness... the wound... burning...
Sar...ger...as...
At the hour of her third death, she ushers in our coming.
I already figured all the N'zoth stuff would come to pass in BfA, now that I recall this alongside the cinematic, I'm convinced.
3rd expac in a row where the ending cinematic hasn’t come close to this one
How does Eonar know what time it is when Aman'thul is the time guy? #justwondering
nick fox gold
Whos else got chills when Illidan said "At last." To facing a titan?
I am sargeras and this is my titan soul, i work here with kil jaedan and my titan argus if there is one thing ive learned in 12 eons its that you never know what is gonna come through the dark portal
So, whats the drop rate of that sword?
WoW Twentyfour About 20 km/s more or less.
Vengirni The better question; what rarity is it?
Titanforged
Ganaa Tiny I don't have enough bag space. Damn it, Blizzard!
Buy titanbag now,the titanbag have 500km xD
there's a giant sword in the earth everyone what do we do now? horde and alliance: war
Illidan's smile at 1:01 like "farewell, my bro".
The hunter is nothing without the hunt. Gave me the goosebumps
and all this happened because of garrosh...
Damn I almost forgot about WOD being a thing
Markka Garrosh is inadvertently the reason behind the Legions defeat then...
Damn
Varian deserved to get blown up for not letting Thrall kill Garrosh.
dibs on the sword
This is probably the best final boss defeat cutscene since Wrath's. It's both the almost perfect way to end off Legion, and it's absolutely beautiful visually.
"A sword in the Darkness and Rivers of Blood" -Magni
Sweet! Not gonna lie, I'll miss Illidan though...
If Blizzard has taught me anything, it's that Illidan will be back, and we'll be surprised, but not really.
Jackie Dangerously and we certainly won't be prepared.
*ducks rotten fruit* Come on! This will be the last time we see Illidan for a while, I *had* to!
ThatOnePsycho Indeed.
There must always be an Illidan Stormrage.
I'll see myself out now.
He will appear at the last second in the next expac
jojibot Ikr? Waiting for Blizz to drop some recycled Lich King storyline. It's in the mail, it's just not here yet.
RIP all those players heading to AQ for transmog runs.
Sixteen years guys. This is the culmination of a plotline that took us 16 years to see through. It's been a long road. O7
I can't believe it's over! Best ending cinematic ever! Storywise and in every way! Hyped for next expansion now
Listen! I know ya'all stoked that we beat Sargeras and all.....BUT THERE IS A GIANT SWORD STUCK IN OUR WORLD!
So lets fight against each other till some shitstorm comes ruining the world
YE LETS MURDER EACH OTHER RATHER THAN TAKING THAT SWORD OUT OF AZEROTH
0:39 was expecting "You are not prepared" to be honest
And thus, this sword cast into the veins of Azeroth, the destruction of 'The Writing staff'
Loved this cutscene, BUT!!
Can we please have one of those amazing Blizzard super high definition cinematics, featuring Sargeras?
A villain such as him deserves it!
Why does it seem like Illidan and Sargeras will have a lot of conversations for the eternity they are stuck in the Seat of the Pantheon?
Illidan will probably share knitting pointers.
a moment of silence for all the level 58 mobs and noobs in silithus who died under that sword......
Another great reminder why I love this game, even after thirteen years. Thank you,Blizzard!
This gives me goosebumps! Well done, mortals!
