CJ - Great recipe! I love twice-baked potatoes as a side dish (or even as a meal). I am only cooking for me but I generally make 4 baked potatoes since clean up is the same for 4 or for 1: After washing them and drying them off, I poke potatoes with a fork, spray some avocado oil on them, and sprinkle kosher salt to help crisp up the skin, and then bake them. I have used either the air fry mode in my Smart XL 6-in-1 or I have also used my SmartLid XL 8 qt 14-in-1 using Steam Crisp. For those who don't know, once baked potatoes have cooled off, you can wrap them in plastic wrap and freeze them for later use!

Hey, CJ. You are so experienced with all of the Ninja Grill devices that I wonder if you could do a review of each one in a single video. I'm thinking about purchasing one, but understand that there are pros and cons with each device. I would really love to hear your take on which device would be best to use in different scenarios. For example: a family of 4 might be interested in things other than grilling. They might be interested in roasting vegetables or making a dessert, or even casseroles. Another scenario might be outdoor cooking, camping, etc. Another might be to travel with in my RV or camper or to take to the beach on vacation. I'd love to hear your pros and cons of each device in a side by side comparison. Great job on the videos! You're an inspiration!
