You can't piss on someone else when you own strategy is overextending and hoping to god someone else is close This strat can work but not always and by not always I mean 60% of the time
@@cyrusstevenson880 well tbf it would be the kiri's fault for going on a flank 5 miles away without checking for your team. i always turn around to see if im within tp distance, then proceed. well, not always, i forget and pay for it soemtimes
step 1: open overwatch step 2. queue into a competitive mode of your choice step 3: off angle and 3 tap everyone in the lobby step 4: play overwatch this is the optimal 4 step plan that anyone can achieve
Man these free-to-play games are manipulative with purchases. They pretty much all offer a premium battle pass or cosmetics, etc.. The battle pass is, let's say 100 credits, but then they throw you the middle finger by giving you 95 credits for $20. So you are basically forced to purchase the next tier of credits for $50. The first fucking tier of credits should provide the exact credits to purchase the battle pass. I mean sure, business should never lose, but should not be so devious either. This is where trust is lost with schemes like this.
Another important thing is dont tp if nobody is looking at you, like you get 1 kill and tp out is good but if everyone is giving u their back u can just get another one or two before the tp
i think healing your team at the barely minimum won't help. They will be too scared to do anything with half or lower health. From the second half of your video, I see a few times you did't heal your tank and let them die and you can't clear out the remaining enemies as there is no one to help you. Just my observation. loved your videos especially U2GM series. I'm Hanzo main and plays support a lot.
you were never in metal ranks. your MMR is too high off one game, they know your IP does thousands of unranked to GMS, barely ever playing in the T500 against your own skill level, and it puts you back almost instantly. your enemy team on havana even complains that a pro tank isn't carrying their game.
I dislike her debuffs because she was already very balanced when i started to main her, now she's actually less effective, because everything kills you one shot mid tp, with you having to tripple headshot everyone. The bigger kunai hitbox though helps, because i aim a bit low, and now get a headshot more often.
wtf? im only gold but this works so well, im constantly getting as much, if not more, elims as my dps and still getting good heals. but ofc maps w less off angles are harder for me, as well as enemies that shut me down so easily
biggest tips you can have is do not convert into sleepy dogS kiriko dps while doing the 4 step plan, if u cant protect your teamate you are useless, let the dps do the dps
Isn't this pretty easily punishable with a cordinated team? In my experience when kiri is doing this everyone knows she doesn't have tp and 3 people dive wherever she went
Yep. I would argue it's the same as Sombra. Try for the flanks and quick escapes as long as you can, but once they start coordinating and instantly turning on you, just play Sombra 76 (or whatever the Kiri equivalent would be) for a while. I.e. just stick with your team. When you think they've let down their guards, try for the flanks again.
Yes, was playing Sombra and enemy had a widow but they literally stacked up on widow making it impossible for me to kill her. My team is yelling at me to kill her, like I'm trying, I let my other dps go Sombra and they couldn't kill her either. I was like I was trying to tell you they just stacking up on widow
This strategy won't help if you ain't good at aim or if opposite team has headshoters with sups in sync. And the last, team will receive less heal at a time of your partisant fight. But It's good when opposite time is less in number, additional dps will provide heavier push.
The “4 step plan” works in metal ranks because YOU LITERALLY HIT EVERY SHOT. Someone hard stuck in silver, who deserves gold, does not have these mechanics. Nor should you need these mechanics to get out of silver. Why do top players never understand that no matter how much they try to say “just do this look, it’s easy” - does not make it easy for lower ranks.
bud im a plat 5 dps player and im telling u, take off angles pls. i just won 7 games in a row bc their team does not do SHIT when ur on that side shooting them. it gives u free ult charge, wastes time and buys attention
If you’re hard stuck silver you don’t deserve gold. I was hard stuck silver back in season 4-8 of OW1 until I finally buckled down and went into deathmatch to learn to duel as a support. I peaked a game from GM in season 17 of OW1 and now I sit around high diamond low masters (GM is unattainable for normal people who have jobs that aren’t streaming OW). It’s purely because I learned to aim. If you can’t win duels on support, you will never climb. This is also why Mercy is such a struggle bus hero rn. She doesn’t do damage and is a lead weight against a team with both supports dealing damage.
im a gold player, and even if i dont hit my shots, it works. now the first game i tried this i sorta fed, but tbf it was the new map and i didnt know the flank angles and all that. but i won on the maps i knew, it's actually really helpful for silver-gold. firstly, the enemies either 1. underestimate you or 2. aren't aware of you, making flanking waaayy easier. just practice this 4-step plan, ingrain it into muscle memory, aim comes w time. im at an average of 30% acc with 29% crit acc, even in gold, since i kept practicing this and aiming came the more i did this. it works
@@TamWam_ glad it worked for you. I’m almost plat now and haven’t watched a single Awkward video since. And what if they can't close the distance and have to take cover because the other support can't keep them all up solo?
You can't piss on someone else when you own strategy is overextending and hoping to god someone else is close
This strat can work but not always and by not always I mean 60% of the time
@@cyrusstevenson880 well tbf it would be the kiri's fault for going on a flank 5 miles away without checking for your team. i always turn around to see if im within tp distance, then proceed. well, not always, i forget and pay for it soemtimes
dont get banned time
step 1: open overwatch
step 2. queue into a competitive mode of your choice
step 3: off angle and 3 tap everyone in the lobby
step 4: play overwatch
this is the optimal 4 step plan that anyone can achieve
Can’t do this in lower ranks cause as soon as I stop healing my whole team dies 🗿
The best overwatch content creator in the internet
Man these free-to-play games are manipulative with purchases. They pretty much all offer a premium battle pass or cosmetics, etc.. The battle pass is, let's say 100 credits, but then they throw you the middle finger by giving you 95 credits for $20. So you are basically forced to purchase the next tier of credits for $50. The first fucking tier of credits should provide the exact credits to purchase the battle pass. I mean sure, business should never lose, but should not be so devious either. This is where trust is lost with schemes like this.
Another important thing is dont tp if nobody is looking at you, like you get 1 kill and tp out is good but if everyone is giving u their back u can just get another one or two before the tp
drink every time he says four step plan
i think healing your team at the barely minimum won't help.
12:35 they want coaching money too 😂
you were never in metal ranks. your MMR is too high off one game, they know your IP does thousands of unranked to GMS, barely ever playing in the T500 against your own skill level, and it puts you back almost instantly. your enemy team on havana even complains that a pro tank isn't carrying their game.
I dislike her debuffs because she was already very balanced when i started to main her, now she's actually less effective, because everything kills you one shot mid tp, with you having to tripple headshot everyone. The bigger kunai hitbox though helps, because i aim a bit low, and now get a headshot more often.
Awkward I followed your Moira video. I got 8k damage and 2.5k healing but my team threw. Thanks for the advice but apparently tips only work in comp 😅
wtf? im only gold but this works so well, im constantly getting as much, if not more, elims as my dps and still getting good heals. but ofc maps w less off angles are harder for me, as well as enemies that shut me down so easily
"My most misunderstood advice is make sure nobody dies bro"
what people understand : *DAMAGE*
id love to see you play tracer again
אתה ישראלי נחון
oh god you just reminded me mann i was having a good day and now im having a moral dilemma 😭
biggest tips you can have is do not convert into sleepy dogS kiriko dps while doing the 4 step plan, if u cant protect your teamate you are useless, let the dps do the dps
I started being a better support overall when I would play aggressive and do damage.
Making a Smurf to have lower ranked games?(easier games) not admirable
Isn't this pretty easily punishable with a cordinated team? In my experience when kiri is doing this everyone knows she doesn't have tp and 3 people dive wherever she went
Yep. I would argue it's the same as Sombra. Try for the flanks and quick escapes as long as you can, but once they start coordinating and instantly turning on you, just play Sombra 76 (or whatever the Kiri equivalent would be) for a while. I.e. just stick with your team. When you think they've let down their guards, try for the flanks again.
This is the play style for high ranked players so no
Yes, was playing Sombra and enemy had a widow but they literally stacked up on widow making it impossible for me to kill her. My team is yelling at me to kill her, like I'm trying, I let my other dps go Sombra and they couldn't kill her either. I was like I was trying to tell you they just stacking up on widow
Really liking this Awkward vid. He isn't toxic and just playing. Love it.
OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG I NEED JUNKRAT UNRAKED TO GM EDUCATIONAL BC I'M A MERCY PLAYER WHO DONT HAVE AIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIM
I’m queing up as Kiriko rn after a while, i think to myself is there still a good guide out there and this guy posts one an hour before i check
This strategy won't help if you ain't good at aim or if opposite team has headshoters with sups in sync. And the last, team will receive less heal at a time of your partisant fight. But It's good when opposite time is less in number, additional dps will provide heavier push.
it also works if the enemies are really pushed up, you go on flanks to push them back towards u and give ur team more space
NGL i been playing kiri on support as a dps main and been carrying my teams
I try to get an off angle and then i find my team just following me 😂
So basically… yes.
Would you say kiri is more a offhealer than a mainhealer?
This was so fun when kiriko did a little more damage
so I just need to smurf and outaim everyone else while hoping my team doesn't walk in front of a bastion while i flank
Hot take the best support is illari
She's fun to play this season
Unless you’re against Ball or any flanker that will instantly destroy your pylon, then she may as well not even be there lol
0 SECONDS IN PREDICTING THE ANSWER TO BE "DO DAMAGE" AND/OR "DAMAGE,DAMAGE,DAMAGE"
i am now 45 seconds in realizing that this video is about how to do damage, not just that you need to do it. i'm gonna count it as a win.
What’s your crosshair bro?
Unranked to gm on genji 😅
do uneducational ashe
Hey Awkward, I just wanted to ask what your jump is for heroes, just getting into PC OW
@@razrv3lc ok I was plat and touched diamond in OW1
im a gold player, and even if i dont hit my shots, it works. now the first game i tried this i sorta fed, but tbf it was the new map and i didnt know the flank angles and all that. but i won on the maps i knew, it's actually really helpful for silver-gold. firstly, the enemies either 1. underestimate you or 2. aren't aware of you, making flanking waaayy easier. just practice this 4-step plan, ingrain it into muscle memory, aim comes w time. im at an average of 30% acc with 29% crit acc, even in gold, since i kept practicing this and aiming came the more i did this. it works
@@TamWam_ glad it worked for you. I’m almost plat now and haven’t watched a single Awkward video since.
All I did was literally found another hard stuck silver and we’ve been winning like 70%+ of games.
I partially retract some of what I said. You can implement some things the pros teach, in lower ranks. I guess I’m more directing at the fact they’re hitting every single shot, so no matter what THEY do at lower ranks, they’ll rank up.
Like yes, they’re saying flank, or do this or do that, but when they’re getting 50 elims a round all the other stuff is irrelevant and not solely why they dominate at those ranks, if it all.
your 4 step plan has ruined my ranked games. all the kirikos think they can do this
I went from bronze to plat playing lime this, the problem it's you.
@@SantiagoPerez-yv9wu I never said I can’t rank? I said a lot of kirikos think they can do this and can’t and end up feeding all game. Your comment has nothing to do with what I said
avoid and report them
I try get better but i can’t pass for platinum u.u i will still try but she is so hard for my hands
can you make a 4 step plan video for cassidy? thanks bro
Kiriko and Ball are your best heroes for content, such unique playstyle.
You should borrow someones high hour low rank account and do a silver to gm.
whats your sensitivity
its 800 dpi 5 sensitivity
I always enjoy the music at the outro awkward. Zeeno should get a raise.
Love from korea awkward! You always know what is the great content.
Always a pleasure to watch his content. The 4 step plan does and will work with practice over time 💪
1812 😭😭
When there's no enemies, there's noone to damage your team 💀
6:51 me killing the ana and my team run away a 3 v 5 :D
When is the uranked to gm mercy vid coming
Can you do unranked to gm with pharah?
