Is it just me or does it happen to others as well? As soon as someone asks to concentrate on natural breath the breath acts weird and either it speeds up or becomes extra slow..😅

This is a beautiful piece of instruction. A very soothing recitation. Thank you. But in your haste to complete within 10 minutes it does not leave the desired result. It should be extended to 15 minutes at least or a variant should be uploaded.
