It's same like in Serbian;)
I'm Polish and honestly I didn't know "Jadę na Kraków" is grammatically correct. Like, I would sometimes hear people say that, but not very often and I always thought it's more of a slang or some region's subdialect, and not "proper" Polish grammar.
