Warms my Italian heart!
"...in a country where food means so much" nicely said.
Such a great story, I love Italian food and culture, many of the women are amazingly beautiful too!
Puglia is the region my family came from, we still prefer orecchiette over other shapes of pasta. My grandma makes it with olive oil, broccoli, and freshly grated parmigiano and it’s absolutely delicious
I would like to eat some ear shaped pasta now. I bet it would taste great with marinara sauce.
My home. My nonna made the best orecchiette.
Yum yum
Il Bambino is an undiscovered Italian restaurant, in the south of down town LA, that has an employee making pasta throughout the day. Orecchiette is one of my favorite dishes.
What as a male who makes things from scratch including pasta...I'll have her train me if her sons aren't going to learn her skills.
I always found it mine blowing how the shape of pasta texture changes the taste U have in Ur mouth. Same with wine if U put cheep wine in a wine glass the taste experience is better. No it’s not the taste it’s the experience that is better
My grandma made it with her thumbs. Called it priest ear
