- Pauline Ferrand Prevot is the new Olympic Mountain Bike champion and promises to win again in road cycling as she fights for the Tour de France yellow jersey after retiring from mountain biking upon winning Olympic gold. After her iliac vein operations like many dopers of the 90's, the multiple world champion remains under the protection of her great friend, David Lappartient.
I forgot to mention the stealth preparation in Tignes with Van Baarle and the Danish anchovy. The same preparation that made our beloved Dane, because there is always a Dane, give his best performances ever in the last Tour de France.
Obviously, she took steroids but not in Paris, if anyone has that doubt. She's full clean, everyday takes a shower too.

Well we've had a nice clean tdf . A big deal about motor doping this year but very quiet on everything g else. Why rock the boat with the Olympics in Paris this year . 😅
The iliac surgery is a thing - it’s due to DVT and reduces blood returning to the heart from the leg. There are many causes of DVT there and sometimes it just happens (about 40% of cases). It can require surgery to the blood vessel. And, it can require repeat surgery as she has had. It’s not cheating and no different to having a plate, say, on a #clavicle. However…. it does open the door to TUI during the recovery period including reducing future recurrence of fibrosis. And that can include treatments normally considered performance enhancing. She certainly deserves to be able to have the vein problem treated and to compete. However…. Complicated stuff…

It cant be a coincidence that so many riders become much stronger after recovering from serious illness or injury. Presumably, under medical supervision all kinds of substances can be legitimately ingested…then continued post-recovery in the form of TUEs. 🤷♂️
Endoluminalfibrosis is fully recoverable with the right surgery. It’s not an amputation
Can't speak for these riders but it is a thing in sport. Most athletes work out too hard for too long. It's not just recovery from a workout for a hard week, it takes a physical and mental tole over time, sometimes over years. Then the accident or injury happens, and it doubles as a forced recovery, and they get reset physically, and mentally.
When I first started taking pain killers….i had PR’s that I still can’t beat. I know I know-they are downers but that got me crunk and I could focus so good and push thru pain. But then addiction kicked in and I couldn’t get on a bike for years. And now, my times are shite but I no longer do drugs and cycling 100% saved my life.

I did find myself wondering what was going on while watching her performance.
To pull out 30 seconds of a gap in half a lap on some of the best in the world was just unbelievable. It's not as though it was a mid season race where maybe it could be explained away by riders being at different points in their training, every rider would have been looking to peak for the Olympics.
Part of me was suspecting her preference for the hardtail MTB was because it allowed the use of a motor in the frame which wouldn't be as simple to do with a full sus
Tokyo 2020, 4 years ago -> France came in 8th overall with 10 golds, 10 silver, 20 bronze.
Paris 2024 -> France is second overall with 11 golds, 12 silvers and 13 bronze. Halfway through the olympics.
French athletes, in every sport, are not getting checked. Half of them are the same weak athletes from Tokyo.
Totally agree about the use of a motor in the frame, I was thinking the same when I saw her accelerating effortless in the climb sections without coming of the saddle.

Great video piece as always sir:) I am wondering if Visma is clean. Do they have any doping doctors on board? If so will you please make a video about them? I am suspicious about the visma team. They won all three grand tours last year. Great victories for sure and never seen before:) but with the past cycling have had I wonder if they took any shortcuts to win. Like doping or maybe abusing the TUE system.

How to make a video accusing a rider with absolutely 0 evidence. Even the claim the race was made for her is inaccurate. She is a strong climber and prefers hard long climbs, unlike the race at the Olympics.

Her competitors weren't little old ladies who drive only on Sundays to church, they were the best in the world, and she beat them at the Paris 2024 Olympics for Team France. If you turn your head away from this one and say "it's tailwinds", you're missing all the evidence.

100% Yes..Something is not right..The course was hard packed gravel with not one steep technical climb..The downhill rock section was a joke..She just rode away from the best riders in the world, as in her previous 2 victories..Same with Pidcock..It's all a charade.
@@michaelsteven1090 If we look at the cheating that went on in Sochi, widespread state sponsored cheating in favour of Russia. And then the Tour de France that seems to drive the French insane unless they have a French victory. Yup, the evidence is clear, that wasn't a clean victory.
Bike handling and PFP are mutually exclusive terms. Cross country athletes complain ad nauseam about PFP blocking their lines due to inability to ride over obstacles and trail features.

That XC course was built for her, the WC courses have become increasingly more technical - she don't like 'em! So they made a lame Olympic course so she could ride her hardtail.... I'm glad she's gone from the XC circuit, so miserable all the time. Also completely gives up when she's not winning - like when Puck beat her earlier in the year.
It was obvious PTuline wasn't even breathing hard , as you pointed out during some of those laps where she was gaining time on the rest of the field. Something beyond superior training going on there. And Koretsky, he too, "contracted covid" at about the same time as Pidcock I believe. Did they have post drug testing for all the medalists? that should be mandatory for every olympic medalist before they are handed their gold, silver, or bronze medal... I'd be happpy to wait to see a medal ceremony weeks later if necessary to insure they were truly cleanly gained.
I am almost certain that every one of the first 3 is tested after the race in any discipline. But, i am not that certain that this test is clean

The pace of the mtb race is insane, for o rr an hour , if we compare to rowing and triathlon these contests at least are absolutely exhausted trying g to win a gold medal
I think the descending makes it more of a fartlek type effort where fit athletes can dro HR quickly for a mini recovery.

I think your insinuation that the surgeries were a doping ploy are kind of dumb. It’s a real condition that affects ultra endurance athletes more than regular people. She may be a doper, maybe they all are, I don’t really care. Maybe the higher incidences of this condition are because of doping? Could be! Look at her win percentage of races entered. 2 years ago it was lower than when she was winning world championships but she won more races. Yes, there was a higher spike this year but she was also motivated to kick ass in her home Olympics.

Whilst these videos are funny: they are based on insinuation rather than fact. If you are going to question the basis or a rider's performance (which is legitimate) you do need to offer more compelling evidence.

Just stoking the rumour mill I’m afraid. Pidcocks performances seem credible however,( a prodigy since being v young) and doesn’t seem to be able to back up great performances day after day consistent with someone prone to feeling the effects of fatigue .
The difference between you and us is that we have info and if we don't tell more is because to didn't disturb the authorities' investigations. But a lot of things Will show up and at least, our info help a lot of ppl in their Jobs. That's our lazy journalism.

He can’t perform day in day out like WvA ,MvDP,Poggy, Vinny etc. He seems to have to rely on the route profile of a race and whether it lends itself to his qualities , for example Str Bianche or daring alpine decents where handling skills are an important factor. Also in road cycling I’ve never seen him completely dominate the peloton , he’s able to choose“the moment” very well. For me his performances are far more feasible?
Problem with the channel is that they will always say “ we know Stuff but can’t say what it is “ which allows them to make all sorts of claims and accusations without being challenged.
