With Shkreli none of his investors missed out on money IIRC, they just didn't realize he was running a ponzi scheme temporarily to pay each other off. Regarding the 19yro caller, I see a lot of comments and youtubers disparaging her with the reasoning that she shouldn't have been in the apartment alone with Myron, but that assumes an untrue context. The issue is that Myron and Walter already planned on splitting them up when getting something to eat. My issue is Sexual Harassment is the making of unwelcome or inappropriate sexual remarks or physical advances. The physical advances is out the window because it’s clear as day that she consented and removed consent later on and then Myron let her go. Which is the right thing to do. But the other is weird. She was consenting to it and he made a sexual remark about her body. A sexual remark could be good or bad. Ethan was a bit smug and clumsy. I think he's a little too cocky because he did relatively well in past debates and got a positive response. It was a bit try-hard on the gotchas.
