The fact that people like Ben Shapiro can acknowledge what Trump tried to do in the 2020 election and still support him is insane! That's not just a good point. That's THE point, you can ask almost any person that voted why they voted and it will be a truth seeking response, seriously try it, humans think they are too smart for their own good, anytime you try and explain this to them they just call it pseudo-science, its insane, there has to be a huge reform of the education system if this isn't something that is in people's minds. The consequences of not teaching basic critical thinking skills in this country are becoming increasingly worse

Same with teachers, you can be an amazing math wiz, but that doesn't mean you can accurately teach it to someone, especially if you are many levels more advanced, youd take for granted the things you view as obvious and either overwhelm someone, or completely skip over something.

Not for this particular video, but I’m really enjoying this new “revival” approach Shane Smith is taking for Vice News. Not that they’ve ever really stopped uploading content on TH-cam, but after the whole “corporate” merger they did, & then the whole bankruptcy thing, everyone thought Vice was done for, including myself, but I’m really glad to see Shane taking back the “reins” so to speak, for Vice News again. I’ve always loved their stance & the way they approach news/ journalism as a whole. Or maybe it’s just the “alternative” media approach I like, but either way, really glad to see Vice making a comeback & giving a big middle finger to “Big Media” & to everyone else who 💩 on Vice when they were on the decline! 💯💯

This guy Shane Smith is far more conspiratorial than he wants to admit. It’s still taboo for him and he knows it is a stain on your character when the world eventually settles. People who are not conspiracy theory believers don’t need to justify it or stammer over their words to constantly find the correct words to get you to express your understanding they are not conspiratorial. People wanting to fit in so badly they seek conspiracies

Tim Pool was kind of ripping on this guy today so out of curiosity, I looked up his name and found this video. I was preparing to hate Destiny, but so far he seems really level headed and intelligent. I kinda turned into a raging Trump humper over the past few years so it's cool whenever I can find a little bit of balance

Tim pool is not the guy you want to be watching if you want to understand the world around you, people like destiny are not perfect but put way more work into grounding out everything they are saying with good reasoning and statistics, and it can't be understated how important that is

This was a great discussion. I've been on the fence about destiny, but that's more about me just not looking for new Internet characters in my life and therefore dismissing him
One thing i appreciate about Shane is for example, when Destiny started talking about the most taboo topic of our time, the 19 thing, Shane didnt do the thing i hate most which is to immediately just put up a wall by laughing and saying, "You really believe X??? Omg. Bro. You're so lost" and then any conversation that could have been had is over before it starts
