How can someone stand in a uniform representing an organization, have a book banned by that same organization, and still be online and still be actively teaching his “personal view”? I think the organization wants this info out.
You can’t be the only one benefiting from Mr. Larry, on his social media pages he has thousands of student who are making lots of money with his help, lol I am one of them 😂
Thanks for posting this. They've since taken the thesis off Amazon, so it's very hard to find online, now. I just found a PDF, and sent him some BTC as a thanks for his great work.
Started reading Softwar this morning. Been following your work for two years now. You’re really into something here, but I am of the opinion that Bitcoin is actually bringing about the dismantling of the nation state as we know it. Civilization is being restructured and nation states are going to lose much of their authority this century to the “creative spirits” stacking sats today and building physical and virtual BTC citadels.
Bit Coin (Bit Power) will take more and more power to mine every 4 years. But now we have other Bit powers we can used called Ethereum, Cardano, etc.. that require less power but not as secure, for now.
Very interesting! My question: If the premise of BTC is MAXIMUM energy expenditure (rather than "energy efficiency") then surely BTC computers will require some serious COOLING, correct? From what I've read at glance, SILVER is great for this. I see a lot of Gold/Silver vs. BTC going on out there, but perhaps they're a match made in Heaven.
Very smart thinking, but a few loopholes in the analogy of power projection in real life vs power projection in cyberspace. The concept of digital resource is left very nebulous. Is it the ability to send bits across internet? Is it the ability to compute? Or ability to access someone else's data? By using these interchangeably, a flawed analogy has been created. Secondly, the idea that energy expensive computation somehow equates to power projection derives purely based on this flawed analogy. This is evident from the fact that not a single concrete example of how BitCOIN (or as he calls it BitPower) actually projects power. Final flaw is that once we accept that BitCoin (or BitPower) is a software entity, then ultimately its no different than any other software based measures for cyber security. Unlike in physical world where policy on paper and power projection in a war are completely different paradigms, policy in cyberspace and the power projection (as posited here) are the same paradigm (software based) and hence do not have fundamentally different qualities. I think the speaker here is on to something interesting, but lacks that last step needed to make it a solid theory.
imagine a system to determine wealth that cannot be taken away from you by violence. Weath measured in Bitcoin means a system of wealth that cannot be robbed by another party through violence.

Who else is here cause the news….. 👀
On Reddit - 6days ago - it mentioned that Jason was asked to take this down. People should rip this off TH-cam before they find it.

The problem with a large organisation… it has different parts… the head oftentimes follows the heart…. Much like Shiney Object syndrome.
Energy is power. Most don't understand.

I’m so glad I bought his book when it first came out

I love listening to Jason Lowery
It makes perfect sense to me. What doesn’t make sense to me is why Jason Lowery was all of a sudden muzzled. I would like to read his thesis.
