Hey there buddy! I drive a 91 gmc 2500 7.4l 4x4 crew cab with the 8 foot bed. She's 23 foot long and my girlfriend and my step daughter helped me cover it with truck bed liner mixed with glitter. Now it's tough and sparkly as the munchkin says. Terrible gas mileage but dozens of smiles per gallon. The first thing i would do to your truck if it was mine is fresh headlight lens and an led bulb upgrade. Better visibilty is big for me because i do a lot of night time driving. Drive safe and consider a dashcam for insurance and vlogging if you get ibto that sort of thing!
Its suppose to be centered that's why the the other bolt is there the smaller the diameter the more the combusted air hits the whistle the louder it is

Put wd40 on your headlights. That helps too. It makes plastic shine
silicone lubricant spray is cheaper and will provide a glossier shine than carnuba wax or ceramic sprays, and much easier to apply and repels water.
