Hey mate, loving the build. Noticed the amount of wiring that's been chopped out and I haven't seen anything about the factory immobiliser circuit because it isn't in built into the ECU? Have you found a solution for deleting this?
did you chop up a factoy engine loom, and if so did off track concepts tell you what they did and did not need, im currently in the process of sticking the 1vd out of a 200 series in a 105 and was abit worried about what corners a could and could not cut
Yes I did cut up the factory loom. Hagen from Offtrack was a big help in ensuring that I got everything. But by his words, the 200 loom is a whole other ball game. Way more to keep than I did.
@@skillosshed I’ll have to check what the difference in looms are but I couldn’t see a reason why the engine harness was much denser, but thanks I look forward to seeing it finished
@@skillosshed you’re doing really well mate if you had someone build it for you you will be looking at big money to do that conversion keep up the great work
Amazing work mate. Great progress 👏
Looks great well done🫡
Awesome man loving this

Thank you! Yep, Offtrack Concepts have done an immobiliser delete on the ECU for me…will cover it in an upcoming episode 😉
That wiring looked like a major headache. The end result looked much more manageable. Great work.
Wait until next episode…it ain’t over yet 😂😂
Is it possible to avoid chassis notching with a high mount turbo manifold?
Funny you say that…Offtrack is starting to look at developing a high mount manifold for that exact reason 😉. So short answer is yes 👍🏼
@@skillosshed yeah sweet

@evio6733 has something to do with the push button start, the gearbox and all associated things but Hagen knows it well
@@skillosshed ahhh, what is the difference between the 200 and the 79 engine wise I didn’t think it was much
Not too sure…but I know the 200 series wiring diagram is 3 times the size of the 79 one but how much of that is pure engine, not sure.
Coming along nicely mate 👍👍
Cheers mate. There’s a bit of work in it for sure!
