    Here's a thought, Chris says the sdrs maybe need to be reduced and maybe even aes? How about marketing sucks is not creating brand or demand maybe we need to get rid of them? I can't tell you how many companies I worked at and researched the marketing has zero accountability gets huge amounts of money and creates zero demand and brand. On sales we have a number monthly quarterly marketing is starting to be under the same microscope and they're failing like crazy.
    The solution is working as a team which is like not rocket science folks! And truly having a customer-centric focus kpis goals and compensation are about bringing only the right type of customers keeping them upserving a crossserving them.
    Have company leaders understand by doing this we're going to have more tenure because it'll be more successful and we can brag on social media that are entry experts do you talk to it at our company have three to four times the tenure is the closest competitor. Come experience the difference like our customers have!
    We need to stop pointing fingers and work as a team but everybody needs to be held accountable not just sales.🎉🎉🎉🎉
