How to street tune your Evo 8/9!

In today's episode we're going to work on refining the Evo's tune on the street. I'll show you what tools I use to get my tunes closer to the mark when working with a reflashing platform like EcuFlash on the Evo. I'll cover other tools like MegaLogViewer, VirtualDyno and EvoScan as well.

This is bad ass man! I’m trying to get a handle on the entire tuning side of things on my evo so I can just check things out, makes changes and what not since I got bigger injectors and need to scale them so I found your injector video and found these other ones and they’re a huge help keep up the awesome work man! 🤙🏾

Checking if you have a video on how to properly adjust the TPS sensor for max power or can recommend the best way to do this?

Hey man -- sorry for the late reply. I don't have a video on it but it's pretty simple. You'll just need EvoScan to check the TPS value with the throttle closed/open. Closed it should be 13.3%, open 100%. You can adjust the TPS on the throttle body to get within that spec. Keep in mind it's purely mechanical so you can't really "trick" the ramp/opening of it like on newer cars. For max power just make sure it's completely open when the accelerator pedal is all the way down.
