Plz pin me I followed
Guys we all know the best one is aiger akabane obviously
@@UnknownStarKing Valt Better lmao
@@UnknownStarKing he is
Factually true
Man, he really just picked random people off the street and encouraged them to improve
goku
@@BDSFormula1 FR
You mean school
@@RetroAlex125 I'm talking about the other main characters kinda
@@RetroAlex125 nah, he meant the street
Valt is the best because he got the most development as MC.
102 episodes.
I meant Tyson and Gingka each got 150~ but they were relatively static characters
@@JDubs1464 I mean in burst
Then they ruin it to shove aiga down our throats in turbo
@@gagewhite9013 I was choked with him
@@gagewhite9013 yep they went back to naturally gifted protagonists waves around his PP throughout the whole series.
I think something that should be pointed out is how he doesn't just disappear from the show after Turbo. Despite not being the champion anymore the audience views him as one because he's still just as powerful and mentors the next generation. Every season starting from Turbo has Valt completely beat the new main character, showing the power gap between him and everyone else in the series. And when Valt DOES lose against the main antagonist he still becomes stronger than them by the next series. Basically all of what you said plus his relevancy in the series as a whole exceeds every other protagonist (albeit maybe because Burst has the most seasons lol)
He's champion in season 6 and (idk if it's canon) season 7? As well as Aiga it's quite confusing.
@@h20poseidon33Season 7 is canon, it shows a lot of flashbacks to so many of the previous characters
@@h20poseidon33pretty sure Valt was the wc in season 6 but aiga took it back in season 7
@@marcusyt2521 from what I can gather valt was WC in season 7 after rewatching but they also said Aiga was WC too so it's pretty confusing there
Valt was champion in the manga while Aiger was still World Champion in the anime
My boy Ginka (beyblade metal series protagonist) surviving the gates of hades and sending his beyblade into space🗿
Not to mention saving the world 3 times, inspiring most characters he meets, and thwarting a god of destruction to save the world
Ginka the goat !
Second best (PERSONAL) mc
you missed his entire point lol
Strength =\= good
Man I love Valt Aoi, not only do I think he is the best protagonist in Beyblade, but also the best written character.
He is a realistic take on a character who has just started working at something like a sport or game, and progressively improves, he's not just some prodigy who constantly wins, he struggles on his way to the top and even once he's become the best, he loses from time to time.
I love how in later seasons he just has a powerful presence to him, but you know he is just the same old friendly Valt that we know and love.
Exactly that's why after evolution I didn't like the newer main character especially bel because being able to beat lui one of the best blades in the series without a problem is such lazy writing after evolution they constantly nerfed older characters which is the main reason I personally stopped watching the show
And he beat lui FIRST EPISODE so so so so dumb
Ash Ketchum and valt aoi have similar personalities. I miss them so much because they made my childhood happy and beautiful. Forever Beyblade burst and Pokemon.😢😢
Yeah! I agree with you!!
I'm with you there fam :] 🤝
If ash and valt met they would definitely be good friends
Good to know I'm not the only one who sees similarities
Same here
valt is my faviote protagonist because everything he said in this video
True
i feel like peak mature valt aoi was definitely in the rise-surge era
something abt him during those seasons made me like him even more than before
he was instantly my favorite character cus i was never good at beyblade to the point where i didnt even know how to put my bey back together or set it in the launcher right 😭
my friends even noticed how much i acted like him as a kid when we were growing up so they even called me valt (funny bcus my best friend who had the same personality as shu was nicknamed shu by our group of friends)
when i noticed my friends were getting better i started playing more by myself and eventually started winning more
when i moved away from my old town thats when season 2 started so to me i saw this as my "evolution season" irl
i moved to a new city and found people who played beyblade and even met up with my old friends to play with them too
now that im ALSO graduating high school i realize how much valt means to me since literally it sounds corny but ive learned so much from him
i still play with my beys and even found some friends who play with me when we hang out together but mostly i play by myself since my old friend group mostly stopped besides my best friend who we call shu
crazy how when someone asks me who i look up to i tell them "i look up to someone from beyblade" and they just look at me confused but dont realize how much i learned from valt and how i've developed as a person just because of him😭😭
It's ok man, I understand you
It's so sick how a character can have such a good impact on reality
That’s why he’s my favorite protagonist from this series
Same, he's my favorite to
he is tied with dante for me
@@herotrapinch9232is that a compliment or?
@@user-vx3nl8vv2v yeh
Aw hell nah @@herotrapinch9232
He's basically like Yuma From Yugioh Zexal coincidentally, both are also the 4th Protags of their respective Franchise.
Sadly Yuma Was Handled A Bit Poorly Imo But Still Had His Growth And Moments As A Duellist. But Valt Was Just Perfect From Beginning To End I Also Feel Like He Had The Same Cocky Side Just like Tyson Had For A Good Portion Of Season 1 Of Burst.
Except Yuma sucks
Jaden for life
I love zexal
@@randomedgygamer2191yeah in the beginning
Like Valt
Valt, what made him my favourite is he started as the underdog nooby and worked his way to the top.Not only that,he was there to pass the torch when the time came and guide the new generation when they needed it.
I like that he actually passed the torch as well but not when and how it happened personally
It’s so nice to see people appreciating burst. I grew on metal and at some time I used to be one of those Metal NPCs who thought metal was OG but after I watched turbo then evolution I changed my mind. Valt and Aiger are on the same level for me but Aiger is my favourite character. I’m so happy that Beyblade is coming back since I’m in the Beyblade fandom
I know right
Cornball.
Metal fans are the biggest sheep.
@@Turbokcm they own you
As a metal and now X fan: Oh the heresy!
I still like that Rise/GT, the season with the least amount of Valt contributions, STILL manages to capture him perfectly.
This is definitely one of the reasons Burst's more grounded nature (rather than the more fantasy leaning gens before were) was very refreshing.
Valt is my Goat for sure, I remember going back and watching the old series and enjoying them but after rewatching burst again, I knew for sure that valt is that guy for me
Honestly vault is one of the most realistic Protagonist in all beyblade series or anime in general since not only you could see his improvement as a blader but also as a person throughout the series season to season vault matured and became more calm and acts like a total big brother at the same time he became one of the most strongest blader within the show that's why vault is by fair the best Protagonist in beyblade since he embodies Maturity and Improvement.
I remember my friends not liking valt back in high school lol but I always thought he was my favorite, now seeing how much he’s grown is truly one of the most satisfying things ever
Lets be honest the best antagonist in beyblade has to be Ryuga and the best protagonist has to be valt if these two were in the same show beyblade would have been legendary
Couldn’t have said it better myself.
Great analysis but imo my only gripe with this video is what happened to Shu in season 2 wasn’t as simple as him getting possessed by Spryzen, but rather his own interpretation of the reality of where he stands among the world stage and what he thinks he needed to do in order to rise further. It’s fair that you didn’t go into this bc it would have taken some time to explain and this video is about Valt and not Shu so it was good that you didn’t stray off topic. All in all though, this video really made me appreciate the amount of detail and effort that went into Valt’s story
Thank you and you're right about Shu he wasn't possessed. Could've maybe used a better term but it's whatever. I'm glad you enjoyed the video though :)
@@Chilled_Blue in short he wasn't possessed he was obsessed
good video, i really liked that part with "completly different mindset that changes perspective we are comfortable and happy with"
Thank you, that was probably my favorite part to record :)
I like Tyson the most I think it's cool that he has that natural talent and love his style and personality
He's The coolest one out of the bunch!!
what talent????
Tyson is one of the greats of the beyblade franchise💪
I 100% agree with this video. And just to show no bias towards Burst, I grew up watching the Metal Saga when I was 8 in 2010 and was (and still am) a huge fan of Gingka, Pegasus, and the Metal Saga as a whole. It took me a while to watch Burst because I was so attached to Metal and was a strict fan on only Metal. However, a few months after Burst aired here I gave Burst and Valt a chance to see the new generation of Beyblade. I watched one episode and the rest is history. Episode after episode, battle after battle I found myself cheering and relating to Valt, Valkyrie, and the team. Seeing his progression and growth in those two seasons captivated me and when Shu lost to Lui, I was hurt, but when Valt lost and then lost his best friend and confidence in season two it was tough. But seeing him grow past all of that, and then watching him make it all the way to the final, getting his friend back, and taking the crown… gotta say (and I remember this specifically) when I saw Honcho cry after seeing Valt win, I cried that same way 😅. Valt will forever be an inspiration.
W Valt
W Valkyrie
Well said, I actually got chills reading your comment 👏🏾
😂
Omg beyblade! I didn’t watch the older ones, only started watching it when Valt was the MC and man he was awesome! I don’t usually like upbeat characters like him but there was just smth captivating about him, and the found family, that made me unable to look away
Tyson granger will always have my heart❤
Amazing video!! Bro just broke down my favorite beyblade character and childhood hero perfectly. Beyblade is such an impactful franchise to me and it’s nice to see people hype up burst since it doesn’t get as much attention as the older generations.
Gingka will always be my favorite because not only was Metal Fusion where I first started out, but he was also a guy who younger me at the time could look up to, and to an extent identify with. His strength and outlook on life was something I aspired to achieve myself, and being naturally talented myself in a wide variety of things, especially running where, back when I was competing, I was better than most of my peers just off of talent alone, I was also able to connect with him more.
When I got back into Beyblade, Burst was in its second season. Initially, I was skeptical of Valt as well as the new system, which I viewed as cheap, plastic knock-off toys of the "real" Beyblade that I grew up with, which explode when you hit them too hard. Suffice it to say by the end of the series, I've come around to enjoy Burst just as much as MFB, and Valt himself ended up having a much bigger impact on me than I would've ever thought possible. I'll sure miss seeing him in action.
"Real Beyblade" is such a dumb, elitist mindset especially when the Metal Saga wasn't even the original series. It's like Yu-Gi-Oh with all it's different gens, it's a different spin (no pun intended) on the concept for each series. Not even Yu-Gi-Oh fans are this elitist and annoying with each series
@ashhabimran239 hey, he corrected his outlook and came around to be more open-minded. It's hard to accept change when you're attatched to something, especially when you grew up looking up to that something. Calling it an elitist mindset is a bit rude.
wait, shu wasn’t really possessed, he just tossed the fun he had for blading
Nah he was possessed

Valt aoi is my favourite anime character because he worked hard to improve his skills compare to other protagonist like gingka, Tyson ,zero they already have natural abilities to win all battle. But valt hitz different because he loses a lot and try to find his mistakes and finally he win , so valt aoi is my inspiration. Who are love valt

This makes me glad that i started off watching. This is what started my interest in beyblade, even owning different versions of Valtryek and Spryzen
Phenomenal video. Took the words out my mouth!!!
When I heard you say the thing about Cho Z coming out in middle school, I could almost fully relate to that but I started earlier, heck even I am close to graduating high school
Nice me to
same bro
gonna graduate in a month
Thank you so much for making a video on my favourite protagonists of all time. There were so many times I felt down and just watching an episode of Beyblade Burst just makes my day better. Most of the times it's because of Valt.
valt really shape my childhood cuz when you realize that this anime is not just about beyblade itself its more relatable to us and that what makes this anime worth to watch compare to the other anime and while watching this, this shit makes me that little inocent boy again watching valt feels like you just watching to your self.
I mean this is why I like Valt as a character: he went from not being able to launch his bey into the stadium to becoming one of if not the most world-renowned blader to ever exist.
He was able to apply his lessons and mentor/influence others thanks to his experience. Plus, he’s really modest and easily the most approachable of the legends! Easily my fav character in Burst, such a precious cinnamon roll.
Valt is basically the meaning of Goodsportsmanship
im so happy to finally see someone did a character analysis on Burst! I was waiting for someone to do it and your video popped out and i must say this is really well made and i love the last part where you conclude Valt's character, a really great message and i might give it a try as well. I also just realized how great Valt is when i tried to rewatch S1, he really deserves the Champion Title!
seeing this video makes me motivated to make one, not sure if i'll really do it but hopefully! i already decided on which character, let's say he's interesting if you look onto him a little bit more deeper.
thanks for the video! Looking forward to other analysis if you made one, keep up the great work!! ✨️
Your goated for this AMAZING VIDEO ALREADY
I am also about to graduate high school and indeed the lessons derived from Valt Aoi's character now resonate with me much more than they did back when I was younger. Ig its because as we grow older we realise the importance of hardwork and enjoyment. Unironically Valt has taught me more than any self help guru will ever be able to do so
This video bro made me subscribe. I remember Beyblade Burst when it first came out man time really flies
2016 man, feeling old 🤣
Valt Aoi, the definition of pure dedication to your passion accumulating into success. A diving force of determination in my life and a character that made me strive to “battle above my league” because he always did
I grew up with the Metal Saga but Burst is my favorite to date, Valt and the people around him are the reason for that.
This brinGs back so much nostalgia from when i used to watch beybladd burst
Went from an analysis of one of the characters I enjoyed from beyblade to a deeper analysis on life, damn this video is lovely
I really enjoyed this video keep doing what you're doing
3:57 look at Hyuga and Hikaru's record XD
Other than that, such a great video on retrospective about Valt! He's my tied favorite protagonist and character with Aiger next to Shu and Lui. I'd love to see more videos of different characters related to beyblade, more specificly burst.
Speaking of which, Congratulations on your graduation! :D
He's like Ash, Goku and Sora all in one! Not to mention he has Sonic's color scheme as well.
I was wondering for years why I preferred Valt and the Burst series, and this video shed light on why I do now, also congrats on prepping for graduation
Finally valt gets the attention he deserved, from the start pf the show I've always been rooting and supporting for him, go miraculous boy ;,D
I'll graduate high school next year, I remember starting watching beyblade burst right around 4th grade and I remember seeing valt becoming the world champion during my first year in middle school.
I always loved valt and how he shouldve at least one champion in the sparking or turbo season really annoyed me, thanks for making the video and its really thought out with great points. All in all valt was and (my opnion) still is truly the best protagonist for this seriers. I started watching this seriers during season one when i was in 1st grade and i grew up with it all the way to ninth grade. What a journey
What a great video(not just because Valt is my fav protagonist😂)This vid made me realize how my mindset towards YT relates to Valt’s mindset in S1-2😭 it started off as a fun hobby to me realizing that there’s competition but thankfully I found a great balance
He's the #1 Blader in the world, The Legend of Legends and he earned that status through everything he did to get there. He's the world's top blader and he more than earned he's more than earned the top spot. My favorite character.
amazing video you got my follow
Valt is prove that time and effort bears fruit.
You can do it. I can do it. We can all make it if we commit.
GREAT VIDEO, also grew up with Valt and find beyblade burst to be very close to my heart. Also congrats on graduating! (soon)
Appreciate giving Burst a bit of spotlight. It's hard to say something positive about it without toxic Metal Saga fanboys getting triggered, and this is coming from someone who's favourite/main series is the Metal Saga. They're probably gonna show up on this video
thank u bro for supporting our awesome comunity , beyblade 😁😁✌ valts gen was fire
I loved burst when I was younger, but after surge/sparking It just strayed WAY too far from the original season 1 sport aspect of the show. Valt was amazing in seasons 1-2 as he does mature while still being a kid. It took a while to get used to the protagonist changes throughout the seasons and I grew to like some of them but a lot of them didn't have time to develop and grow like valt. And I HATED how the title of being champion was just thrown around to other characters. Overall though Valt is easily the most developed character of show and it was great to see him grow up later throughout the seasons, great video man.
That's why Valt is my BOY, MY GUY AND MY MAN.
valt and aiga r my favorite protagonist
Me to
Me too
Same some if not the best two parts of bay blade
I also love Valt, especially compared to the others because as this man said, he's really the only one to start from the ABSOLUTE bottom up to become a legend/champion.😎💯💪
I really enjoyed this video, Valt Aoi ON TOP! You earned my sub I enjoyed this video :)
I'm glad you enjoyed it. And thanks for subbing :)
@@Chilled_Blue No Problem!
Valt Aoi is my favorite protagonist of all of Beyblade Burst and the one who introduced me to the Beyblade franchise in general, his qualities and strengths are definitely very good more than his own weaknesses, he has shown that he is capable of overcoming any obstacle in order to demonstrate his potential to improve his game as one of the bladers who has been able to make the world of b Beyblade changes to be a more fun one and even though you are already the best in the world it does not mean that you stop evolving as time goes by, why Valt has not uploaded anything to his c head the fame of currently being the legend of legends that he is today, Valt definitely knows that there is more to Beyblade than winning but also knowing how to lose and learn from his mistakes to In order to honor his great love for the game, Valt is without a doubt one of the best characters that the Beyblade series has had and that has influenced others to also mature and grow as bladers and that makes others begin to open their minds to be able to evolve Valt is without a doubt one of the few bladers who changed the world of beyblade with his great love for the beyblade and above all Everything came to give his cause the true Beyblade.
I'm definitely subbing for more beyblade content
Already liked and commented before watching cause I believe this as a fact already
🤣
From being a total novice to the world champion and legend of legends, Valt inspired us all!!
I would say Gingka, but I’m a little biased as i grew up with metal fight, but Valt is definitely the best Burst protagonist. I like the more fantasy style of the Metal Fight Anime
I COMPLETELY AGREE!!!
He started off with absolutely NO skill and was such a big baby (still loved him though)
But eventually, he learned to take his anger/sadness and turn it into determination to win.
He is such a goat, he is in fact my favorite Beyblade character.

I was a freshman in high school when burst came out. By the time I graduated in 2020, burst was in the middle of it's last season if i remember correctly. Then they made the follow-up season with another character and then I was getting ready for Beyblade X. I bought the beys from Japan, so I've had beyblade X beys for over a year at this point. I believe that Beyblade X is trying to merge all 3 of the main protagonists from each generation. Multi would most likely embody Vault since she seems to have the most character development already. Bird would most likely represent pre season 1 Tyson, while X would fill Gingas role as the natural born leader that very rarely loses and inspires everyone around him to grow. That's how I view it anyway.
I swear in a beyblade burst episode Valt had a dream where he fought Gingka.
Also great video convinced me to watch valt journey
This video sums up perfectly on how i feel about Valt.
I confess at first i didn't like Valt and I thought he was going to be annoying for the rest of burst, but eventually he grew on me and became my favorite protagonist. And its mostly because the development he was given was realistic and refreshing.
He was terrible at the game and he had to get better by working his way to the top and he did.
He's definitely the best protagonist in all of beyblade.
Great video! 👍
Another thing I did was compare beyblade protagonists to they're parents. Once valt development is complete he very much embodies the professional demeanor of his father and the controlled temperament of his mother .
takao had it work from the start one of his first battles he got his dragoon broken and he had too train too(all night just like valt) to say he started off with talent is like saying brooklyn was hardworking(if no ones gonna defend takao then I will) in a g revolution flashback takao was so passionate as a blader ever since he was 4-7 years old later takao against brooklyn shows the dynamic between someone who had to work hard vs someone who was talented at beyblade (and takao also had a retrieval arc)
Praying bird gets the same treatment hopefully cuz at the point he is I'd just give up to make sushi.
Gotta give him some time. He's still learning.
I hope he will. If not these season, then the next one. I hate how the writers use every ounce of their brain power to find a way to make him lose.
This issue is that Bird is getting more and more skilled, yet the anime and manga keep making excuses to have him lose, to the point where he loses to opponents with even less experience than him.
Damn i remember this show on disnye channel, hes like my first ever beyblade character ... like ever
your explanation about character developpement explains also why I prefer Yuma or Joey Wheeler in Yu Gi Oh, since they're not strong to begin with, and we see them improve again and again
A reminder for everyone to be like Volt Aoi
sheesh became the 4th most popular vid on ur channel in 5 days. I agree, Aiger is my favorite but Valt just hits different.
Let this man COOK 👨🍳
bros gonna make me rewatch
Give this man 100 dalla cuz i loved this vid
As a metal fight fan I have to admit after watching all of beyblade and this video I have to agree . However I just finished rewatching all of burst and It was a much more indepth view I took this time so we'll have to see after I rewatch the previous two gens .
As much as I like Aiga more, this is why I don’t fight on the quality of character arcs like Valt, and to use two Yugioh examples Joey from classic Duel monsters and Yuma the protagonist of Zexal, who has nearly The same arc with a different story and universe to back up the amazing base setup for a character
Even before watching this video, Valt has always been my favorite character since He's just that damn cool asf
I love his Bey too, genuinely peak design
I miss the times I used to watch this series in disney channel
This is why I wachted burst and only burst (I would have watched the previous ones but I couldn’t find them)
thanks for giving the life lesson
No problem :)
This is why I love Yuma from yugioh as well.
Tyson will for ever be my goat
But the draw back to this anime is that the beyblades can’t destroy cities and can’t harm people which is funny that beyblades could be so powerful in metal fusion and metal fight series
Metal series was so over the top it was good again lol
Another reason why he is the best character is u can see that he kind of matures and acts like a parent figure
Its sad to see no one mention the og era of Beyblade with Tyson, i grew up with the og series and i havent seen anybody mention it in the comment section yet sadly
Same,Tyson was just HIM
as long ur core is still there, its all good. stay true to your roots
My favourite is Tyson.
As someone who watched Metal Saga at maybe 5 years old in 2011 I first watched Burst in 2016 my earliest memories where the team tournaments in Season 1.
The biggest thing I liked about Burst compared to Metal is that it's competitive on all levels. No Blader is safe and if you are the Best you have at least 2 other Blader who are just as talented, hard working, resolved, and skilled as you waiting to beat you. In Metal Ryuga was literally unchallenged which is his whole personality and why we liked him. Even at the highest level of metal you only had 1 maybe 2 people who could only be beaten by each other or no one. Compare that to Burst where any given season you always have at least 3 Bladers who could be the best. Hell in Burst Evolution an former Undefeated World Champion Blader who quit competitive Blading in the past because it wasn't fun being the best and not having a challenge, but comes to the current Meta of Blading and now he's barely even top 5 in the Blading League
