    Been following this channel for about three years now and every intro feels like it was recorded on the same day. It has a very Pavlovian effect. It would make sense if that was the intention.

    I like the special effects as long as the whole video is not just special effects and nothing else. To me, the ASMR seems better when I am able to see the person in the video who is whispering rather than just seeing special effects throughout the whole video all the time.

      @TheASMRPsychologist I used to watch more of your earlier videos because I found them quite interesting, informative, and relaxing. Unfortunately, I don't watch so many of your videos anymore after you seem to have changed the format and style. I've got nothing against using special effects and showing other things in your videos as long as it's not overdone. Other ASMR video producers seem to show more of themselves in their videos than what you do, which I think makes the videos more appealing and interesting. Don't misunderstand me, though. Videos where folk don't see the therapist or Reiki master very often also serve a useful purpose at times as well, especially when the subject wants to close their eyes and go to sleep, or watch something that might help put them into a hypnotic state etc. Other people might have different opinions from me, but that's just what I think anyway.

      In the last year I've added in an additional 'in person' section where I guide you through a progressive muscular type exercise before I ask you to close your eyes to try and get more of a balance. Not sure if you are including these videos in your assessment but feedback from other listeners has been positive so hopefully they will work for you better also my friend. Sweet dreams x

Question: do you know of any procedure that would assist someone who has difficulties concentrating on reading for long periods of time. I know you’re a clinical psychologist but thought perhaps you might have something to say about it. Bless you, magical angel!

      Start by understanding why your mind is wandering away from the task and to what and address this, most of my videos include techniques to help with this. Also, try to break periods of study/concentration into blocks of no more than 30 mins before you take a short break.

    I love your soft spoken sleep hypnosis videos. The only thing that has a opposite affect on me is the Sleep P sleeP sleeeP at the end of some of them. I will wake up out of a hard sleep when that part comes on. So I have to Pre check and make sure I am selecting the ones that do not include that one thing.

      More recent videos (maybe last 2 yrs) only have the sleeP induction on whispered videos, so stick to the soft spoken playlist and all will be well x

    I'm here through TH-cam Ma'am, not really sure if I was supposed to pause and knock that out for you or not, but you ask, therefore you receive. LOL I'd like to add, I am a C4-C5, yet an active, "Incomplete" Quad. Paralysis from about waist down sensory wise. I am able to knock out to ASMR, but I also get the idea and ignoring that? I'm a male, yes, it's clear who has the issues. Luckily, (for them) when live, the injury was incomplete, but it's for them, which is cool. I myself Grad, w /Psych /Clinical BS in, '15 @ CSUS, didn't move forward to the Master's, due to Health issues and having a Business take off.. Something I found and even find more so now, very interesting, in both Dream Courses taken, a phenomena as such was only touched upon in an, "Interpretations" Course and I mean, 45min max? I've taught, or my body has adapted, as we humans do, to a normal type psychological finish act. Touch, the only thing ASMR misses, Live "touch" and dare I say, better endings than before and multi; if I get caught up and she knows, now I'm just a test pupal to these Gals. It's funny at the same time, I'm like 7-8 deep, fishin' out, my belly feeling like I've done a thousand crunches. lol! I know it sounds asinine, but as you can see, I'm an open book. Mainly, because more people need to know, plain and simple. It's tough out here in the Pro's, LOL, but ultimately the injury has brought upon insomnia that's out of control and I'm just trying to sleep, for it is the true necessity. At 24 years deep and this year Ima, "50/50 Bar"; old, after math. LOL Interested in your thoughts and I do apologize for the Novel...

    My davorite voice is mark lanegan (singer) so, These deeper voiced Nicodemus sounding (from secret of nihm) asmrs are way better than the antica............pa..
    tion cant breath feeling i get hearing the whispering popping & high voice that reminds me of the rocky horror picture show tune- panic attack sounding whispers i hear with the whispering pops & stops of the more softer voice. I cant even listen to them

      I do believe the strangers point is they don't like this style of asmr it seems to make them more tense they like deep and constant.
