  • This soft spoken ASMR Sleep Hypnosis provides a powerful hypnotic trance to aid insomnia and other sleep problems. I am a doctor of clinical psychology and a trained hypnotherapist so this hypnosis provides a real therapy experience. As this is an ASMR sleep hypnosis it includes ASMR triggers to aid relaxation and sleep including typing, mouth sounds, tapping and crackling. The hypnosis concludes with a deep sleep induction and an extended water soundscape to aid relaxation and stabilise sleep cycles.
    Hypnosis is a powerful treatment and can provide effective short term relief for insomnia and other sleep problems. However, sleep problems are a symptoms of an underlying problem which must be identified and addressed for long term relief from insomnia. If you have been experiencing a sleep problem for an extended period of time please speak to your doctor about the treatment options that are available to you.

      Used this video this morning to help me get a much needed nap-- worked absolute wonders, I slept for about 5 hours quite hard without any night terrors. You are a blessing! :)

      Pretty much every time... no longer than 10 minutes. I used to wake at 4:30-5am. Now back to 6.. which is ok 👌 The visuals aren’t so crucial tbh. It’s all in the audio 😴 Sleep is so much deeper.

      Thanks for your effective and relaxing videos, I fell asleep long before you finished the session, however the water noise woke me pretty much as soon as it began.

      to be honest, I have no idea 😅 but it happens very quickly and I'm happy about that 'cause of my sometimes severe insomnia

    Theres something really comforting about the way she starts the video just typing and not looking up just yet. Like cozy. Reminds me of being a kid and my mom being nearby working on her computer quietly in the morning. If anyone knows what midding is, that is what this feels like!

    My favorite so far. I usually fall asleep very quickly after the talking. Trying to sleep during the day after midnight shift can be an issue but not since I have started listening to this. When I just need a nap I play the water soundscape and I am out (just have to make sure I set an alarm first 😂)

    I came upon this video while being afraid of not sleeping since I had been awake for 28 hours. I wasn't asleep at all, and started panicking because of that lol, you video worked really well I don't remember anything of it and I slept like a baby.
