    I love this meditation. It instantly calms my tummy and stops the sounds on my stomach. Then when I wake up I have a easy bowl movement with no stress. I pray whoever listens to this will feel 100% better!!

    I used to listen to this video 3 years ago every night when I had bad anxiety and everytime I feel anxious and can’t sleep or have stomach issues i come back to this and it’s literal magic. I suffer from debilitating anxiety, pain from a few different conditions, and IBS, and after listening to his hypnosis every day for several months, they have truly helped me to recover to a point where I can actually function again.       @@JY-mc3dx Nobody can be truly IBS free, but relaxation does wonders for an upset digestive system. I highly recommend incorporating this or other guided hypnosis videos into a routine to help you. 😊

    I suffer momentarily from deep anxiety. It affects the core of my being. Rooted in so many physical manifestations. This made me cry a lot, the scene with the tree and balloons. I really do care so much for myself and feel I deserve so much more than this. You have helped me to understand the connection between my greatest fears. I keep pressing on knowing they there will be good days and bad. I always have a resting spot coming back here and that give me confidence to get through the rough.

    I was in the throws of a late night IBS cramps episode. I became so exhausted I decided just to go to bed. I normally listen to guided meditation to help me sleep but decided to put this video on. The cramps subsided and I managed to drift off to a peaceful sleep and even woke up cramp free. THANK YOU. I now listen to this video most nights and it's extremely beneficial for me.

      Cassie Bush Do these cramps make you feel like throwing up sometimes? because my bowels keep changing from constipation to explosion (sorry tmi) and I feel cramps and very uncomfortable and I suffer a lot from anxiety.

    I, am in forties. All my life I have wondered that something is wrong with my digestive system. There have been weeks together when I couldn't sleep because of the gripping fearful feeling in my stomach. Doctors told me that it is in my mind and I knew it too. It is because of this hypnotherapy that I have full night peaceful sleep every night. God bless you. When the first frame imagery starts I go to my early childhood when I was only three sitting alone staring at the empty yard on a very hot afternoon. That moment was when I was one with the spirit and I remembered every detail of it. Thank you so much for helping me release all what is constricting my digestive system.

      I find it so nice to read what picture appeared to you because I had a very similar one when I was about seven. The sad thing is that I always have to "take" this picture because there was nothing comparable so far in my whole life and I am 55 now. Kind regards from 🇩🇪 🙋🏼‍♀️

      He has tons on anxiety which will also help relax the gut as well. It’s mainly all in the breathing techniques and taking your mind somewhere else I’ve notice, which most of his anxiety ones also do.

    I discovered your videos almost a year ago when I had a horrible relapse in my anxiety and was having daily panic attacks and anxiety. It affects my body so deeply, which can further aggravate my anxiety because it is often scary and extremely uncomfortable.       @@JY-mc3dx Hi...well no sadly it doesn't make it go away forever as IBS in my case isn't caused by food but my subconscious anxiety issues. So the key is to listen to it whenever you do get IBS ...it does make the frequency of the episodes far less.

    Michael, may everything you desire come to fruition. I am well because you took time to make this video. I learnt how to comfortably sit with my gut discomfort and this was the solution to my anxiety. I no longer experience constipation no matter what I eat. One of my favourite parts was visualization of my future self, free from IBS. Well here I am in such a short period.Thank you

    Thank you, I liked the imagery and I cried a little but feel better. My anxiety has always caused nausea and even vomiting, sometimes I'll feel it in my stomach before my mind. Trying to get off drugs and use natural methods

    I love this, I get very worked up and anxious over things that I should not let bother me. Coupled with this I have IBS and acid reflux, this is one of the few things that has been able to cure my wandering mind enough to set me to sleep.

      Use caution with peppermint. It is good for IBS but terrible for heartburn/acid reflux

      @@DrGearHeadSS I don't know if you will see this after so long, but super strong peppermint oil capsules should be swallowed with a wee bit of water, which take the capsule directly through the stomach without breaking them down. Once in your intestines they breakdown and do their magic calming.

      I drink lemon water when I get acid reflux. It balances the PH in the stomach.

    I just stared 5th grade today (it's 8:30 pm) and I was very very nervous about being away from my parents and I couldn't eat lunch so I hope this works (I haven't tried it yet). I think it helps my mommy but I'm not sure if she uses this particular one

    I watched this video last night. I have ibs & pcos so I'm always dealing with gastrointestinal issues especially at night. Ironically, It's that time of the month & my cramps along with my normal ibs/pcos cramps made everything so horrible. I couldn't sleep. Played this while I lied down and fell asleep almost immediately. Woke up in the middle and right at the end of the recording and noticed my cramps across all "boards" were gone and I finally was able to sleep. They're back today but it's only Menstrual cramps so it's much more tolerable and I had a well formed bowel movement this morning! THANK YOU🥹

    After a while I opened my eyes still listening amd I felt like I didn’t need to blink it felt amazing. I was just relaxing with my eyes open no tears or burning. Later felt a great high sort of feeling

    Truly thank you for all that you do friend, as someone who has headspace I really do enjoy a good meditation, but sometimes like tonight my stomach is just to far gone for a simple wind down, that's where you always come in and help. Though I like different meditation classes, I know yours are always going to work. This and the migraine pain relief video that you've done are saved on a playlist of mine, because I know they'll always bring me peace, again thank you for all you do friend I might actually be able to sleep and make it to work tomorrow thanks to you.

    This actually worked for me this morning and can I also say, I have BPD and was very highly strung to the point I could not concentrate but what I love about Michael's recordings is, I don't even need to concentrate because my subconscious is always aware! Keep working ur magic Michael!

    This is working for me 100%. I am listening to it the last two days, and on every morning that I get up, my gut cramps, pain and discomfort are gone.
    I have always been skeptical about these kinds of videos, but this one! Oh yes, it helps a lot.
    I highly recommend it to everyone, suffering from stomach pain, anxiety etc.

    I don’t know why but while I was listening to the video and focusing on what he said I all of a sudden felt a sense of joy, a smile appeared on my face although I have been suffering from IBS and nausea the whole day and have hardly eaten anything. This is very interesting.. thank you

      Oh yes, the very same question is also on my mind. I know that anxiety makes my digestive symptoms worse, but I also know that my symptoms cause me anxiety. Plus, I also get symptoms when I’m relaxed. So which comes first?

      That does happen with a catharsis of subconscious energy, or the release of discomfort or pain.

    I love your hypnosis videos, they have helped me immensely. I just listen to this one last and really help with anxiety, and sleep. I have IBS C so I suffer from everything that I eat causes bloating. I have to watch everything I eat with intermittent fasting. I am interested in continuing to listen to the video because I had known this woman years ago that IBS and she went to see hypnotherapist and she was cured
