Great video. I will have to try using mustard as a binder on chicken. I always use it on ribs, brisket, and pork butts, but never on chicken. Always have used Olive oil on those.
Very Little spice but tons of flavor. With me using chicken stock as the liquid to mix with the injection powder, I think I tasted more of the broth and less of the injection flavor. To me I believe I should've cut back on the quantity of liquid and increased the amount of injection power. Overall, It was delicious but you probably have to use it a few times to find the true flavor that lines up with your taste. The bag is good for at least 8 to 10 chicken cooks so you should have time to dial in your preference. Hope this helps.
With injecting you are pretty much ready to cook right away. But if by some chance you are looking for a rub to soak in then i would say 4-6 hours max.
Nice video. The more i see this cooker the more i want one. Next time try mayonnaise instead of mustard on them chickens. They brown up really nice and it retains the moisture.
You should of cooked one on your Wsc so we could of seen the difference in smoke juice and flavour your mike seems to be louder which is good you can pick a dedicated one for cheap that's the only problem with your other vids they are quiet

Chicken looked amazing! And also loved how clean your gateway looks. I must be using a weak cleaner because mine def doesn’t look that clean.

I had another quick question? How long do you think I can refrigerate my chicken after I inject it?
