    Story :-
In Detroit, Op has lived 25 years of his life with his adoptive mother, Kattie, whom he loves so much, and his stepdad, who loves no one but his company. Kattie was 30 when she adopted Op. Kattie meets David, and they marry soon when Op is 5 years old. David was a business owner, as he owned an automobile company. David and Kattie have a son, Oliver, whom David sends to Cambridge with a plan to send him to Japan to get experience in the automobile industry there. Op starts working at the company as a mechanic. However, when Oliver comes back, David asks him to become CEO as he retires. Fearing that Op might overthrow Oliver from his position, David offers compensation of $200 to Op. Op leaves the house to build a career for himself. It hasn’t even been a year since David asked Op to return to the company by offering him a higher position. Op declines the offer, which hurts David’s ego. Op calls Kattie, who tells him that Oliver has a girlfriend named Ava, and with her, he wants to start an online business. David continues to call Op, even after a warning.
Op has opened his own automobile company. David sends Police and Auditors to Op’s company; they investigate the financial records of Op’s company. Op is unable to understand what is happening, but he soon realizes that it’s David’s doing. Op decides to go to David’s company and confronts him. When Op goes to the office, David begs him to become a Director of Quality Control. Op declines the offer and is about to leave when he encounters his old coworkers, who tell him the real story.
Later, Kattie, too, tells Op that David wanted Op to take charge of the position so that later on, he could take the blame for Oliver. Op gets furious. Op plans to slowly steal all the big clients of Ella Motors to not only teach a lesson to David but also to avenge all his years of hard work for his company. David’s company is on the verge of destruction when Oliver tells David that he will leave his position to start a business with Ava. David gets to know that it was Kattie who betrayed him, so he uses Kattie to threaten Op that if he doesn’t return, he will make Kattie’s life hell. Op files a complaint against David for domestic violence.
Oliver and Ava leave for Cambridge. David is taken to the police station for interrogation. Soon, Op asks Kattie to leave David and live with him. David is asked to stay away from Kattie and Op. The board of directors asks Op to become the director, but he suggests that if they want the company to thrive, then they should merge it with Op’s own company. The company that David cared for so much slipped from his hands because of his greed and bias. David is left with nothing. Only Oliver calls him now and then.

To note: OP wasn't the bio son of either parent, but his adoptive mum treated him fairly and his adoptive father exploited him. There is a lesson in the ending of this tale.

Without even listening to a word of this story - let me guess based on the title alone. OP's company became super successful, stepdad's son mismanaged and bankrupted his company. They came to OP looking for money. OP refused. They tried to take his company, damage his reputation, destroy him, sue him, etc. Stepdad and stepbrother got what's coming to them. Everybody clapped.

No becoming a shareholder is putting money in a company before it goes public meaning she would get a share of the profits according to the percentage she was offered for the start-up

    • @ValkyrKat1488

Insider trading is buying or selling shares after hearing about or directly manipulating the market for your benefit. If you buy shares of a company before it goes public that isn’t insider trading. Since you don’t know if that share will be profitable when you buy it

OP's mother's husband just used him as a free labor. When you make a decision of starting your own business, then don't look back, you just need to keep marching forward.
