Building a Culture of Innovation: Fostering Diverse Mindsets in Your Team

One of the significant questions I hear from HR and talent or leadership development specialists is how to instil a mindset of innovation and take people on the journey of change.
In The Six 'I's®, I talk about more than just one mindset. We need a range to be innovative and help people understand the one they use the most. Curiosity and creativity are fundamental, but how do we cultivate them? How do we enrich people's thinking to see and spot opportunities and create new ideas? But equally, we need, amongst others, a mindset of commitment and courage to invest in ideas and stick with them as we try to bring them to life.
