In this episode, we explore the world of health, wellness, and entrepreneurship and how The Six ‘I’s® can help entrepreneurs and solopreneurs who want to make a difference in the world with their ideas. My guest is former Health and Wellness Director Julina Halim, who has a background in human and functional nutrition, pilates and movement rehabilitation, wellness coaching and behavioural change.
Julina has a rich history of working in Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) with brands such as Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, American Express and Johnson’s & Johnson’s. She also co-launched The Gentle Birth Project, a professional education on postpartum care that included a scientific look into traditional postpartum care practices, nutrition understanding, and exercise. Julina has also pioneered the application of tango dancing to treat Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s.
Currently, she trains Pilates instructors who work in spa, wellness, and postpartum care centres in Hong Kong, Singapore, China and Korea to better support their clients and is launching a new health business specialising in health coaching and nutrigenetics.
