    I struggle with clinical generalized anxiety disorder and the brevity of this video is so immensely beneficial for me. I have gone months without a panic attack until today when I had one standing in a Starbucks. I have a lot of tools to help me in moments like this, but it's difficult to focus on them even when I know they'll help. A 10 min (or longer) video is overwhelming in those instances, but this one is susinct and gets to the breathing exercise quickly and has saved me from a complete public meltdown (which has happened more times than I can count) thank you, thank you, thank you! From the bottom of my heart, simple text can't express my gratitude for this video right now.

    I’m gonna fail a lot of my classes and I have such anxiety and depression due to that, my anxiety attacks are so strong too. This helps thank you.

    I love using my hands to feel the movement of the breath in and out of the body. It's so grounding whenever I'm really stressed out.

    I do this with putting a slight smile on my face too. Even though I'm feeling a horrible dread and growing anxiety. I know it sounds dumb but our brains believe all kinds of dumb shit with all its fight or flights in your goddamn own, safe home :D like bruh... Your brain be like "Okay my man here smiling AND breathing deeply and slowly into his belly. Everything must be in order then."

    Omg my dr has been giving me so many drugs for my anxiety even though I'm an alcoholic and it says don't take with alcohol. This almost out me in the asylum at times. I've been in and out of the ER thinking my heart was gonna explode. Anyways....I can't believe I just watched this video and it just helped me so much I'm balling in relief. Thank you so much. I need more of these vids ❤️

      Just ignore the music it is soothing to me. That’s why she plays it while doing it

      Don't say these words say I will concentrate on my breath for positive response. Say positive words to yourself. When you feel fear say let's have a panic attack with confidence. I have hyperventilation syndrome and panic attack from the last 6 years. Still recovering. Say positive words and try the breathing technique and also try some exercise specially dancing. Try dancing all alone or with family and friends. And believe me you can overcome anything. Good luck 👍
