One day while traveling in Indian Railways, I found out that my charging socket is not working. I read online that we can complain on twitter or on helpline number. I posted a tweet stating my PNR and complain. I thought its India, nobody cares, so i also complained on Helpline.
Literally after few i got a call from an engineer who asked my problem and solved it under 15 minutes.
Another i complained about a fungi infected patties selling on carts aat railway stations, the authority were truly concerned and asked my cart number, etc. to solve my problem
Indian Railways is really improved 🎉
THe new colored boards are already scrapped and railways is not going to implement such boards in Mumbai at least! In some days they will revert the boards back to original colors as per a circular passed by railways

The weakest part of the new board is the white font on a dark blue background. These name boards are made out of metal, and metal reflects sunlight, which masks the white font of the board, making it difficult to see from a moving train. They should have used black font on a lighter background to reduce reflactions.

So i live in pune suburb, n we alreasy have shortage of local trains, n in the name of covid they reduced the frequency some more, n now Railways spending hundreds of crore on station renovation, bro we dnt want Chakachak station, our priority is frequent local train so that we wont have to spend hours @that station.
Progress is giving what people want not what u think they want.
