We need to restrict rush or over crowding on platforms. First only passengers should be the one who can go to the platforms family or whoever have come with them should stay outside 2nd people sleep on platforms when trains are late or people are early like 5-6 hours early because trains are not on time so they come early and sit there with whole family even sleep there. So we need to give them separate waiting rooms with good facilities so they can comfortably stay there
