    'GET YOUR EX BACK' Advice & Support

      Spot on! I walked away after a 2 1/2 year relationship. She started lining up some guy behind my back while at the same time creating the illusion we were in a happy fulfilling relationship. When we broke up, she gave me a hundred reasons of why she was ending it until I calmly interrogated her about another guy being in the background. She finally admitted to it, and after we broke it off i disappeared and went off the radar. The best medication for me was to mourn the situation for 2-3 weeks and then get back out there and start approaching women and accumulating phone numbers. I’m still a bit shell shocked by the circumstances of my breakup, but walking away, disappearing, hitting the gym, and scouting out new women is the best medication for any guy in that situation. My breakup was only a few weeks ago, and it still hurts considering the circumstances, but I got a new gym membership, reconnected with old friends, and bought new clothes and shoes. I completely changed my diet, routines, style, and am pushing forward into new beginnings.

    Never beg or tried to get him back, he regret & came back saying he realised he loved u more than he thought, slowly took him back, 5 months later, left again with similar reasons (or excuses). Worst is 3 days after breaking up then texted you again. Gonna ignore forever. If they dump you once, thy will do it again, it's s pattern.

    When she pulled the plug, I stopped trying to fix the situation and went no contact. Its been almost one and a half month. I'm finally starting to get over her.
    I doubt that no contact has had any effect on her. She ditched me for another guy who she has started dating behind my back. I wouldn't even bet on the fact that she remembers that I even exist at all!

      I’m in the same boat brother. She did the same thing to me after 2 1/2 years together. The best thing to do is to grieve for a couple of weeks after the horrific experience, and then get back out there and talk to women you see in public. Screw online dating, and just approach women in public places like grocery stores, department stores, etc. Start the game all over again and keep your mind occupied talking to other women. Believe me it pays off and you can move on faster knowing your ex gf is in bed with another guy. It’s a horrifying experience to go through that, but as long as the sun is shining the game ain’t over.

      That horrible for you boys
      But the new guy will flick her over badly ..
      And she will come back … NEVER TAKE HER BACK
      if she’s get her back. Lien out it’s by a guy who has a few on the go
      That means her pussy is now toxic and carrying a disease that will kill you and leave her alive
      Get to the gym with the boys
      Get into a new class like dancing .. so much fun and enjoyable and it’s wall to wall women who only get to dance with the gay guys … they will Weldon
      You with open arms and after you learn to do a waltz or salsa … you’ll never be left alone at a party or wedding .. they flock to you boys trust me …
      The dancing alone dropped 30 pounds off me without the gym …
      Do it , get strong we are the prize .. we are MEN

      Same boat as you boys. 7 years, raised her daughter from 4-12, and tried to be a role model to her 12 yr old son from ANOTHER relationship. yeah red flags all day, but she was a great woman until she decided she was done with me and left me for another guy, who she had to have cheated with because the guy moved in to the apt 4 days after I was out. it's been just over a month I went no contact immediately. we had a few interactions to gather things and whatnot. Well once I had the last of my things I told her I think its time to cut ties. she didn't react too well and blocked me from social media. but by now I've already moved past her pretty well. there's still some pain but everyday is better. Boys you'll be surprised what the gym, some new clothes, a haircut and a plan will do for you.

    If someone dumps you and you think maybe it could have had potential for a healthy relationship, tell them if they want to reconcile they are more than welcome to initiate that but they shouldn't contact you unless that's the discussion they want to have. Then happily move on with your life.

    Even though I did some mistakes leading up to the break up and after, I feel like I did ultimately leave the situation from a strong place. Giving them what they want despite them knowing how much you don't want it, is attractive. My ex knew I didn't want to end the relationship at all, which in a sense was unattractive because she gave me plenty of reasons to feel like I should have. That being said, human feelings are real and if you love somebody sometimes you have to realize that real love comes from them being happy, and you being happy. At the point of the break up neither of you were happy. Give success the best chance by letting your loved one go. Two caged animals cannot love in a way that will produce anything good. If you really loved that person, you'd let them be free

    My dumper hasn’t really changed. It’s been 8 months. He hangs with his guy friends and works all the time. His mother passed after we split in Feb if this year. But prior to that we were together for 5 years. I’m now to the point I want to entirely let go. I love him but this is toxic asf, runner chaser bs. He doesn’t care and only cares when it’s convenient for him. He takes my daughter out to eat every so often. He comes around but acts really mean and irritated with me. It literally messes with my energy every time and I’m left crying and like panicked. He’s a DAvoidant and I’m anxious of course.
    I’ve been working on my value and my self concepts and choosing myself. I really want to cut him out of my life by letting go.

    Don't do it!

    @zach3409 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I'm assuming "letting go" doesn't have much effect if the dumper gets involved/moved in with someone new within a few months of breaking up? Added layer...We're still married, she hasn't filed for divorce yet. It's been 5 months since she left.

    Does your advice on this particular subject include the following scenario? Not talking about a rebound or monkey branching.
    Your ex began an affair about 3 months prior to the official break up date and purports to be very excited and happy.
    This seems to a scenario most relationship experts avoid. Is it because of its low probability of a couple reuniting and therefor ‘bad business’ for the relationship experts who focus on getting your ex back?

    • @vincentbos
      @vincentbos  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hello and thank you for your question. No advice works 100% of the time and no advice fails 100% of the time. However, from my research over many years and countless scenarios, there is less chance of reconnecting with a dumper if the dumpee ‘chases them’.
      If someone ends a relationship, begging, pleading etc is less likely to re-attract that person (whether they are now single or dating someone new).

    If you're experiencing all this from a dumper there's most likely no real connection. I got this treatment while playing it cool after being dumped. She kept trying to hang around without being in a relationship. Several months later she straight up just blurred out she has no idea how much money I make. All of that was just because she couldn't make an informed decision whether she wants to go back to full fake mode to score big bucks. 😂

    My ex broke up with me almost 5 weeks ago. We were only together about 6 Months I accepted the break up clearly I was upset but I didn’t beg or plead and went straight into no contact and haven’t reached out. I discovered almost two weeks ago she blocked my number on what’s app. Was wondering why she might of done that? Also do you think I will hear from her again? I would never reach out first as I have my pride and dignity. Thanks.

    • @vincentbos
      @vincentbos  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Thank you for your kind words. I’m very sorry to hear of your situation. There is no way of knowing for certain why you were blocked, but it’s likely done as a way to try and focus on moving forward in a new direction. However, I know of many dumpees that have been blocked and then unblocked months later. It’s certainly possible you could hear from your ex again, but nothing can be guaranteed. It’s important you focus on your own journey.
