Thank God I didn't do any of that! I've handled my pain with dignity, grace & peace since the day after he dumped me. The day he discarded me, I was a crying mess, but never begged him to stay. I was just hurt, stunned & felt like somebody knocked the wind out of me. I started accepting he was gone immediately & deleted all pictures, texts, voice-mails, EVERYTHING & sent him back all the gifts he gave me. I loved him & was beyond good to him, but apparently I wasn't good enough. I know my healing journey will be long & extensive, but I'm ready for it & hope there's something beautiful waiting on the other side of my pain.

I did exactly the same, I won't tell you how much time it took me to stop crying and healing the first two stages to not discourage you but I did💃 12 months passed, I went on 1 date just to see if something will trigger me and actually I was soo confident that I'm very proud of myself so keep your good work with healing. You will be very proud of yourself for how strong you are and amazingly attractive for men after this lesson😜
Missing by dumper can happen only when dumper is not busy in rebound. If he is busy or get validation from oposite sex then they wont think about dumpee even for a 'minute'
So should I message her happy birthday if she messaged me happy birthday already after about 6 months of no contact? We chatted for a little bit on my birthday but I didn't want to come off as being needy or desperate and seem like I've just been waiting around for her so I just tried to match her energy and not send too large of text messages. Once the conversations were over went back to no contact. Honestly at this point I'm not sure if I want her back, it feels pretty horrible being somebody's Plan B. I'm worth more than that.
