    I also never understood some coaches who use "attachment styles " as a reason to reach out to someone who broke up with you. I agree that there are ppl who are avoidant or things like that but, the only way for someone to vhange their mind aftwr a break up , as along as you didnt cheat, you should not be contacting them unless they contact you first, like you say

    I completely agree with your version of no contact. I never understood the coaches who say 30 days, 6 months, etc. What happens when the "time limit" you've put on it is up? What then? If they haven't initiated contact by then, it's most likely they've moved on from the relationship and don't care to hear from you. Just my thoughts.

    Sometimes I think that dumpers don’t even have a heart
    How can throw away all the beautiful memories they had
    If the dumpee did something extremely bad like cheating abuse or something unforgivable than yes they should
