I was playing with this mod and one of the interactions by the neurodivergent sims neurotypical brother was “ask Pierre to seek help”- i thought that the way it was presented was really funny, but it is amazing how this mod has so many different things that affect gameplay. As someone with ADHD, im really happy that i can finally give my sims the same kind of conditions.
I saw that you can set your preferred utensils! as an autistic person, this is SO REAL and SO AMAZING! thank you for showcasing this!
OMG I LOVE THAT!! It’s just fact that some spoons are better than others and being able to also experience that in the game is 10/10!! 😍
The utensils preference is not a mod, it's in the game already.
How do u choose the preferred utensil ?

You click on the Sim you are actively using. It is only if you have Snowy Escape installed.
@@molliegreen-mc9ci click on your sim (you may need snowy escape) and then click utensil preferences and click one for your sim 😊 hopefully this helps
I am definitely going to check this out later.. I love mods that add these to sims!! Makes it feel so much more real and accurate for me.

This definitely gives the game more depth, which it desperately needs. I think when I get tired of playing with the new pack I'll try this. It looks like it would keep me very busy while learning about it. I have anxiety and depression so it's nice that someone came up with a mod that addresses things like this.

I loved not only the mod but the way you talked open, respectfull and clear about mental health topics and yourself daily experience. It's encouraging the way this mod and you treat these topics!
It would be terrific seeing your Packs Legacy's family explore more of the options and events of this mod, I think it would be the perfect balance between something deeper/realistic on sims lives but not making those disorders and their treatmens the whole game.
We're defintly more than just disorders, diagnostics and treatments.

Thanks for this mod review, and for doing great educational intro about neurodiversity as well:) Mod looks very interesting to try especially when I will play another legacy challenge, I'm curious how it will work when I have new generations and the conditions are randomly assigned.
Edit: Also, ADHD Simmer playing with ADHD Sim is such an inception 😂 and also it's watched by me who also has ADHD 😂 yay

I almost cried when I thought I couldn't play mental health mods (it didn't work) but then I looked at it and realized it required these other two mods to make it work (forgot the names) and then I was so damn happy that it worked after I installed them! ❤
I have this in my game- they honestly did an amazing job and (as someone with ASD) they did manage to really represent how things feel and the moodlets that your sims will get. I also love that your sims will randomly be assigned into different things. I love using this for diverse sims in my game, just like me.
And it is funny when I see that my sim is taking the exact same medication as me haha
They absolutely did an phenonomal job, I felt so seen playing with the mod and recording this video. Glad it could do the same for others too!! 🧡

Hi Hi, as a person with ADHD AND autism, I love this mod! Ive had this mod in my game for a good minute now and it makes my gameplay so much fun! Im currently playing with a character with Bulimia, Body Dysmorphic disorder, and autism- I think I need to update the mod tho lol! I love this mod so much tho!

I am a ND person with ASD, ADHD and dyspraxia and LOVE the Sims. Just curious, what neurodivergence do you have? I noticed a trend between autistic people specially liking simulation games so I was curious
I have ADHD (diagnosed) although lately a suspicion it might be auDHD but getting a diagnosis is pretty difficult (long waitlist etc 😅)

For some reason, the "actions" doesn't even show up. No clue why!
Could be that you installed the mod wrong, that the mod is conflicting with another mod, that the mod version you have is outdated or a bug. If you really want to use it you could try figuring out the cause and solving it or see if you can reach out to the creator to report a bug. This video was made quite a while ago so I don’t know if this mod works on the current version of the game. Hope you get it figured out! 🩷

@@nero.blackstarhow did you figure it out? I installed the mod, but for some reason I’m not able to click on my sims when in the game. I can click on everything else fine, but nothing pops up when I click my sims
@@mje2112 I kept clicking "enable custom mods" in the menu and just toying with that. Also meant restarting the game a few times. Plenty of trial and error, really. That, or just give it a bit of time.

@@Rosannatxt something similar happened to me. i downloaded it and everything worked as it was supposed to, but when i got ingame, the mod wouldnt work/nothing would show up

what mod gives you the utensils option?
I believe it’s in the game by default from snowy escape and this mod (the divergent sims mod) builds upon it to have more options!
Yep it is but sadly it’s just types of chopsticks or fork 😢

Thank you! Unfortunately I cannot help you with this problem. There could be a lot of reasons from game bugs to broken mods that could cause this and figuring out what is causing it is not possible over TH-cam comments. I would suggest removing all your mods and seeing if the problem is still there. If yes, then repair your game (you can find a lot of videos on how to do that) and if that doesn’t fix things then report a bug at EA. If it’s the mods then you need to find which mod might be breaking things. Then I would suggest watching my video on how to find and fix broken mods :) Hopefully this still helps a little bit!

And yes i watch your video and i have that site to check on my mode but my folder is no way close to yours and how its so clean, i have big mess so i will delete everything 😂

What should I do
That sounds like you either downloaded an outdated version or this mod is currently broken. This video is quite old so I would recommend doing some research on this to figure out if you can use this rn and which version is the newest one

I can’t give my sim most of the disorders they are just greyed out
That sounds frustrating! As this is not my mod I can unfortunately not help you fix it. I’d recommend seeing if you can find a way to report the bug to the creator of the mod ☺️
