I enjoy the gratitude and intention segment. I gotter done today. Did do the prone arm raise from my knees. I missed day 11 but did exercise for about 40 minutes doing just dance on wii. My favorite round is r3😁
Today was easier! To answer your question from yesterday's video, things are going great! I'm not new to exercise but I was just doing random things without a consistent routine so of course it wasn't doing much. It's crazy how quickly you feel stronger when you do the same exercises consistently 😆 Hope you're doing well!
@@Shelbyluhoo cool! I'm putting together a LeConte training program specifically for those wanting to hike that mountain. I'm looking for a few beta testers to try it out (at no cost). If you're interested in being one of these, let me know and I can tell you when it's ready.
@@thegratefulhiker oh cool! Yeah you'll have to let me know, thanks! I'm also prepping for the Grand Canyon in a year or so so alum cave/mt leconte is step #1 haha
This was a bit easier today than the first time for this set of exercises! And managed to squeeze in a little over a mile walk despite crazy rains in the forecast!

Way to keep at it, Leanne! It's nice to think about our gratitudes and intentions during (or before) an exercise session. Glad you liked that part!

Glad these workouts are bringing some consistency into your routine, Shelby. When are you aiming to hike Mt. LeConte?
@@thegratefulhiker hopefully sometime in the spring!
