  • A very delicious creamy pumpkin soup topped with chestnut mushrooms and Parmesan cheese! A very hearty cosy soup to try this Autumn season! 🍂🍁
    So don’t forget!! Do not to throw your pumpkins away after Halloween !! 🎃 And make your self a cosy soup instead 🍲
    Here’s the magic ingredients: 🧙‍♀️
    ✅1x Medium Pumpkin 80g- double the amount If you have the large pumpkins 🎃
    ✅200 mls Double Cream- thou the more the creamier 😃
    ✅30g Parmigiano Cheese or as little or as much as you want ☺️
    ✅1x Medium Onion
    ✅5x Chestnut mushrooms/sliced for toppings
    ✅1x tbsp of butter
    ✅1x Whole Clove of Garlic
    ✅300 mls of water- but If you want a runny soup just add more water 💧
    ✅A Handful Sprigs of Rosemary,
    ✅Olive oil for drizzles and frying,
    ✅1x tbsp Nutmeg for spice
    ✅Seasoning: salt and pepper -REMember you’re In control , so have less or more depending on your pallet!
