UPS Sucks But not the delivery driver

- It screams volumes when you have an automated system that 1. doesn't help and 2. is near impossible to LEAVE A COMPLIMENT
I should've learned the last time, but I didn't. So this time, I'm documenting it. UPS drivers, I know you just signed a new contract ...but this is still screwing you over.
I have a small update I'll post later, but the TL;DR is their social (specifically Twitter, I mean X) is THE effective way ... outside of talking to the driver (which I did) and I told him if ANYTHING is over 20lbs, just drop it at the shop.
This still doesn't take away from the inability to navigate their system, give kudos, etc -- so message them on X. it's the cheat code.
Try mumbling gibberish with a few real numbers when asked for the tracking number. It seems to “trick” the phone system into thinking it’s a problem on its end and puts you on hold for a human. Tho it’ll be a long hold and that person likely won’t be able to help you.
