Do I need to add baking powder / soda / yeast? If so what measurements also what measurements for flour. Am not within East Africa to get the flour u used above.
I thought it was just me i'm an adult and the eggs just smell nasty nowadays..could it be what they feed the chicken that makes eggs smelly. Way back they were never like that especially in the village.
Good job chef. Myself i add a pinch of yeast in my self raising flour it helps them puff more while cooking.😀
Thank you chef,the mandazi turned out soft,crumbly and crunchy at the same time. I didn't use eggs. Definitely my new go-to recipe.

Add vanilla essence it will remove the smell

Probably because you use self rising flour so perharps baking powder is not necessary.
