    I love your cooking.
    It's very different to what I am used to, but I am getting a lot of ideas from what you cook! I am used to Chinese home cooking, but this is helping me understand Japanese home cooking.
    It's now midnight here, but I am feeling hungry now! I wish I can eat korroke - yours looks easier to cook too!

    But be careful with the amount of wakame seaweed (or any other seaweed) everybody, for it naturally contains very much iodine🙇‍♀️. Consuming too much iodine can be harmful for your thyroid glands. So please always read the serving recommendations on your seaweed packages.🙏🤗

    ソー·デリシャス、でもソー·ヘルシー🤔、どうやってそんなことがあるものか?

    • @JapaneseCookingChannel
      @JapaneseCookingChannel  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      ありがとう!!ほんとうにソーデリシャスだったよ!!
      ご飯を食べすぎると危険だけど、一杯にすればヘルシーかな??😁

    • @samdewhurst-phillips
      @samdewhurst-phillips ปีที่แล้ว +1

      いっぱい過ぎ食べなら危ないそうかも知れんな(だけど美味しい〜😜)。でも、日本の定食の普通のセパレーションは半分プロテイン後ご飯と味噌汁と野菜やので、間違い無い日本食がヘルシーっと言うだろ?

    • @JapaneseCookingChannel
      @JapaneseCookingChannel  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      そうだね!栄養バランスもいいし、ヘルシーです!!😊
