So, Corey admits that the doctrine of the trinity is man-made. Tertullian coined the term trinitas or trinity and formulated the doctrine of the trinity. The Nicene Council voted it into their religion in 325AD. There's no biblical obligation to accept or embrace this pagan doctrine. The doctrine of one God is the oldest doctrine known to man. The doctrine of the Trinity is not pagan since pagans generally have multiple gods and Christians do not. Christians do not claim that Jesus is the Father and the Holy Spirit like you Modalists profess. You and Pastor Jennings believe the exact same thing. He grasps the concepts of God having different facets or as he terms it "modes of operation". What he does not agree with is the concept of God being labelled three "persons" in one or being confined into a box of some sort of tri-personality or split into 1/3s. Pastor Jennings never said that🎉 Jesus is not God in your excerpts of his sermon. In fact, he uses some of the same scriptures to illustrate the point that you're making now. Many people believe that Jesus Christ could've have sinned but He chose not to. This belief isn't supported by scripture. If Jesus is the only begotten Son of God and that there is no corruption in God, then Jesus could only be the exact representation of the perfect God.

Perhaps its because the word "Trinity" is not found in the Bible. Perhaps because because there is no verse in the bible that states words like example "the concept of the Trinity". Perhaps because the verse Deut 6:4 exists. What about 1 Corinthians 15:27 where it says: For he “has put everything under his feet.” Now when it says that “everything” has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ.” So many of y’all exegetes skip passages like this because you know it will confuse people. I asked about it before and folks just blinked because it doesn’t match what they have been programmed to parrot for fear that they’ll go to hell for getting the answers wrong. Sadly, so many of us who fear like this are marginalized folks. I’ll admit that I think Gino Jennings is annoying even when he is right because he reminds me of all of the pastors who are bullies and try to lord power over people with their authority and trying to act like they’re infallible. But, you do the same thing in a different way. You want to be right so bad and think you have all of the divine mysteries figured out. None of us do. Faith is not about having everything figured out in our heads and having an answer for everything. We’re messing people up with our fake certainty. I was in church all of my life. And like many people I’ve talked to, I was harmed by sincere people who thought they had all of the answers. Then I became a pastor for 10 years. I tried to be different and walk alongside people instead of acting like I was the chief muckity muck that had all the answers. But the system is hierarchical and tries to put us above people. So, I quit. The Bible is not a book of just answers. It is a book that makes you ask questions. And sometimes what God puts in folk’s hearts can’t be found completely in the scripture. The Bible points people to look within and commune with the Creator in that inner place. It literally says in Hebrews 8, “10 This is the covenant I will establish with the people of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people. 11 No longer will they teach their neighbor, or say to one another, ‘Know the Lord,’ because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest. 12 For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.” And I imagine you know that Israel is not the country or the people in it or from it, but moreso, as the name means, “the one who wrestled with God” as Jacob became known as. We are supposed to wrestle with God. Not with each other about who has the theology down. The Bible is a personal invitation from God who wants to have a personal relationship with us just like God had with Jesus. I know you mean well with your call out videos. Most of us mean well. But, trying to be right no matter what when it is okay to not have all the answers is harmful and trying to replace God with the idol of our own intelligence. I’m saying this as someone whose ego thought I could figure it all out too at one point. But, I kept wrestling with God until God pinned me down and humbled me. All Love Brethren.

It's important to remember that there are no assumptions in the Scriptures. However, some people tend to bring in lies from the Devil to explain the Scriptures. Other religions have been known to justify their false beliefs by manipulating the Scriptures. For instance, claiming that Jesus is Michael the archangel, Jesus is Lucifer's brother, Jesus is black or white, Jesus is just a prophet, God is actually two persons, Mary is the mother of God, and infant baptism. These claims are nothing but lies, and they are a tool of Satan. It's crucial to understand that demanding a chapter and verse where it states that God is three persons is not a mistake. It's a necessary step to avoid being misled by false teachings. By doing so, we prevent other religions from coming up with something they presume is valid. Therefore, let's remove the plank from our eyes first before we take theirs. We must be vigilant in our faith and not allow false teachings to cloud our judgment. This way, we can stand firm in our belief in the one true God and follow His teachings.
Pastor Gino Jennings said what dude said, how was he wrong? All that background information about the trinity for what? Pastor Jennings simply stated there's only one God, not a triune God. In Mark 13:32, is the Holy Spirit included for not knowing the day and hour of Christ's return? 11. How many spirits are in Jesus? 12. Is the Everlasting Father (Father of Eternity) in Isaiah 9:6 the same Father in Matthew 28:19? 13. Is the Father the only true God, or there's more than one true God? 14. Trinity teaches God the Son. The scripture is clear about three distinct personages, in one. In John 17, Jesus prays to the Father for us. Jesus tells the disciples that another, like himself, would come, The Holy Spirit. Now Pastor Gino has to contend with the words of Jesus.
I listen to Gino Jennings ALOT, I mean alot. This is one area I disagree with Gino Jennings about. WE have ONE GOD, ONE GOD. But HE exists in 3 personalities. 1st John 5:7 " For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit, and these three are one." There are many scriptures that clearly depict the Trinity, but this one to me gets right to it.

Tertullian (155-200 CE) was the first to use the Latin term 'trinity'. He described it as a "divine economy" as in the household or monarchy of God. God the Father laid out the divine plan, God the Son carried out the will of the Father, and God the Spirit motivated the will of God in believers (Adversus Praxean, 27).

There is no verse. Trinity is a false doctrine. The scriptures do not teach that God is three persons. He is the Holy ONE of Israel not the Holy Three of Israel.

Tertullian was apart of the Roman province in North Africa. So being that the origin of Trinity is by proxy a Rome influence. Gino wasn’t wrong about where it came from and he isn’t right either. I agree people get hung up on the word trinity but for good reason because it leads some to believe there is more than one god. Some get confused by the terminology and don’t understand the concept. When we see the word God/gods in the scriptures it's not always referring to TMH God. The word Elohim is only usually denoting a spirit being unless it reads Elohim of elohims

I don't understand why so many Christians can't just say Jesus is the son of God. He was always with God and is one with God. Therefore he can be called elohem. He is seated at rhe right hand of the father. He is our high priest. So i just believe what the scriptures say. We must confess that Jesus is the son of God. This is a subject I have struggled to understand, but have accepted Jesus is God. I have listened to Gino on this subject, and what I recall is he is saying there is one God and explains it as follows. Jesus is God in the flesh and the Holy Spirit is God's spirit. The verses referenced in this video do seem to emphasize the Ord is God and there is no other besides him. So here is the Lord God in Isaiah 43:11 the Father or Jesus? I always took the three men Abraham interacted with were God and two angels. I am somewhat confused if here God is the Father or Jesus.

So, Corey admits that the doctrine of the trinity is man-made. Tertullian coined the term trinitas or trinity and formulated the doctrine of the trinity. The Nicene Council voted it into their religion in 325AD.
There's no biblical obligation to accept or embrace this pagan doctrine.

Pastor Jennings never said that🎉 Jesus is not God in your excerpts of his sermon. In fact, he uses some of the same scriptures to illustrate the point that you're making now. Many people believe that Jesus Christ could've have sinned but He chose not to. This belief isn't supported by scripture. If Jesus is the only begotten Son of God and that there is no corruption in God, then Jesus could only be the exact representation of the perfect God.

Perhaps its because the word "Trinity" is not found in the Bible. Perhaps because because there is no verse in the bible that states words like example "the concept of the Trinity". What about 1 Corinthians 15:27 where it says:
For he “has put everything under his feet.” Now when it says that “everything” has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ.”
So many of y’all exegetes skip passages like this because you know it will confuse people. I asked about it before and folks just blinked because it doesn’t match what they have been programmed to parrot for fear that they’ll go to hell for getting the answers wrong. Sadly, so many of us who fear like this are marginalized folks.
I’ll admit that I think Gino Jennings is annoying even when he is right because he reminds me of all of the pastors who are bullies and try to lord power over people with their authority and trying to act like they’re infallible. But, you do the same thing in a different way. You want to be right so bad and think you have all of the divine mysteries figured out. None of us do. Faith is not about having everything figured out in our heads and having an answer for everything. We’re messing people up with our fake certainty. I was in church all of my life. And like many people I’ve talked to, I was harmed by sincere people who thought they had all of the answers. Then I became a pastor for 10 years. I tried to be different and walk alongside people instead of acting like I was the chief muckity muck that had all the answers. But the system is hierarchical and tries to put us above people. So, I quit. The Bible is not a book of just answers. It is a book that makes you ask questions. And sometimes what God puts in folk’s hearts can’t be found completely in the scripture. The Bible points people to look within and commune with the Creator in that inner place.
It literally says in Hebrews 8,
“10 This is the covenant I will establish with the people of Israel
after that time, declares the Lord.
I will put my laws in their minds
and write them on their hearts.
I will be their God,
and they will be my people.
11 No longer will they teach their neighbor,
or say to one another, ‘Know the Lord,’
because they will all know me,
from the least of them to the greatest.
12 For I will forgive their wickedness
and will remember their sins no more.”
And I imagine you know that Israel is not the country or the people in it or from it, but moreso, as the name means, “the one who wrestled with God” as Jacob became known as. We are supposed to wrestle with God. Not with each other about who has the theology down. The Bible is a personal invitation from God who wants to have a personal relationship with us just like God had with Jesus.
I know you mean well with your call out videos. Most of us mean well. But, trying to be right no matter what when it is okay to not have all the answers is harmful and trying to replace God with the idol of our own intelligence. I’m saying this as someone whose ego thought I could figure it all out too at one point. But, I kept wrestling with God until God pinned me down and humbled me. All Love Brethren.

The Messiah fulfilled it in John 20:21 and Luke 10:16, but it is the Father who speaks through him (Heb 1:1-3).

Where is the trinity in theses scriptures and why didn't Our Lord Jesus teach the Apostles about the so-called trinity?

This is a subject I have struggled to understand, but have accepted Jesus is God. I have listened to Gino on this subject, and what I recall is he is saying there is one God and explains it as follows. Jesus is God in the flesh and the Holy Spirit is God's spirit. The verses referenced in this video do seem to emphasize the Ord is God and there is no other besides him. So here is the Lord God in Isaiah 43:11 the Father or Jesus? I always took the three men Abraham interacted with were God and two angels. I am somewhat confused if here God is the Father or Jesus.
