Anybody remember that show called "The Pretender"? It was about a man who had an ability to master any skill and he would take on different jobs, pretending to be someone and claimed he was there to help them. This is exactly what the so-called prophets, apostles and teacher are. They are pretenders...who pretend to be sheep...when inwardly they are ravening wolves (Matthew 7:15).
If someone could see Christ 2000 years ago after He was resurrected, why can't we see Him today? Why do you tie any sighting of the resurrected Christ exclusively to a short time frame within the resurrection having taken place?? If Paul saw Him back then (in His resurrected state), you and I can see Him now in the same way.
Let me expound on that point about seeing Christ today. If anyone is attending a "True Church", then you should be able to see the resurrected Christ. Matthew 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. I must emphasize "True Church" because a "True Church" is one established by an Apostle, of which they say, there are no more.
Paul was the last one that saw a glorified and resurrected Christ. And was appointed by Him to be the Apostle of the Church the Body of Christ for this dispensation of grace. Anyone who self declares him or herself as an apostle, you can immediately stop listening to that person.

Thanks for your teaching ministry. Teaching is always very underrated. Using the Scriptures you cited Ephesians 4 where it tells us that Jesus gave gifts to men. I absolutely love your analogy about being the sent one of the one that sent you! As o then rather the function of the apostle is a special messenger that is sent from the face of its sender, thus apostles are face to face sent ones endued with authority, power, gifts, and demonstrations mantled by the sender to give and execute the senders will. The other Scripture you referenced where Peter led the remaining apostles to choose another apostle to replace Judas (Acts), understand that in the Kingdom there is: class, rankings, weights, glories, and mantles; levels, degrees, realms, and dimensions. The 12 original apostles were founding apostles, eye witnesses of Jesus life and ministry. They are in their own class. They were permitted by the Holy Spirit to set forth doctrines in the church. Paul although not a founding apostle was permitted to lay doctrine as well as his ministry was to gentiles. Remember that at least 20 yrs had passed before Paul came on the scene. Therefore the office/function of the apostle is one like the others that continue until...(Refer to The Ephesians 4). Jesus will continue to give these functions until... Lastly, the teaching gift/ability goes with each gift/function. You can't have an apostle, prophet, or evangelist who doesn't teach. In fact Scripture states that God set first apostles, prophets and then teachers (I Corinthians 12) in the church. Why! Foundational we witness, prophetic words, and doctrinal structure for the body. Do then the pastors function to teach isn't just with this office, it's to all to offices. You have to be a face to face witness of Jesus resurrection...read Paul's account and witness of how he was selected for ministry. Sadly as u say many are not true apostles. This is a much needed teaching and correction to and in the Body of Christ. Thanks for your service.

You can't say whom God didn't and did call to be an Apostle or anything thereof. Just know them by their fruits. Just got to be careful what you say when you are calling out these folks. For all we may know, you could be interpreting the bible wrong as well. So i feel that if you are going to say this type of stuff, let it be something God told you to say. And remeber, if God called someone to be something, he will provide them with everything they need to do his work. They wont have to worry about anything, he will provide everything. Just my 2 cents
First thing I disagree with that you said, Apostles didn't call themselves apostles? Literally every book Paul wrote the first words was, I Paul, Apostle of Jesus Christ...Even though the churches knew Paul as an Apostle. So How do you justify saying that you don't see that in scripture. I will admit 90% do not meet the criteria to even be a bishop my scripture so most are NOT Apostles. But to say apostles never refer to themselves as apostles is a blatant lie. Second, why not call our selfs whatever? Because God gave some apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers. Bible don't say it was past tense. Thats personal interpretation which the bible says not to trust. If they are a God called Apostle, to not call them apostle, is not giving them their due respect. Again most of everyone you showed are NOT apostles, or even bishops my scripture. Saying an apostle had to see Christ after the resurrection is not biblical, Barnabus was not around during the resurrection, he also neither saw Christ in the bible, but scripture calls him an Apostle. To be built on the foundation means the church keeps the doctrines set by Christ, Catholic, orthodox, ANY protestant denomination. None of them do that. So what church are you talking about? How was Paul chosen as the last Apostle when he himself made Barnabus an apostle? We all die, that verse that you said was a "little murky" is because its not being rightly divided. I find it interesting how Jesus commanded the disciples to do nothing until the Holy Spirit comes, but they still cast lots to fill the 12th spot prior to Pentecost. I'm making a total guess at this, but I think that Jesus always intended the 12th spot to go to Paul. Mathias still qualified, but he wasn't the intended 12th person, imo.

I really like Gino Jennings and he speaks so much truth elsewhere in the bible but it's unfortunate that he calls himself and apostle. Caps used for the purpose of my comment. Why did you instead believe we don't have apostles or prophets, yet we have today teachers, evangelists, and pastors? You accepted only part of the Scripture, this is not rightly dividing the word of truth.

Anybody remember that show called "The Pretender"? If someone could see Christ 2000 years ago after He was resurrected, why can't we see Him today? Why do you tie any sighting of the resurrected Christ exclusively to a short time frame within the resurrection having taken place?? If Paul saw Him back then (in His resurrected state), you and I can see Him now in the same way.
Let me expound on that point about seeing Christ today. If anyone is attending a "True Church", then you should be able to see the resurrected Christ.

Thanks for your teaching ministry. Teaching is always very underrated. Using the Scriptures you cited Ephesians 4 where it tells us that Jesus gave gifts to men. I absolutely love your analogy about being the sent one of the one that sent you! As o then rather the function of the apostle is a special messenger that is sent from the face of its sender, thus apostles are face to face sent ones endued with authority, power, gifts, and demonstrations mantled by the sender to give and execute the senders will. The other Scripture you referenced where Peter led the remaining apostles to choose another apostle to replace Judas (Acts), understand that in the Kingdom there is: class, rankings, weights, glories, and mantles; levels, degrees, realms, and dimensions. The 12 original apostles were founding apostles, eye witnesses of Jesus life and ministry. They are in their own class. They were permitted by the Holy Spirit to set forth doctrines in the church. Paul although not a founding apostle was permitted to lay doctrine as well as his ministry was to gentiles. Remember that at least 20 yrs had passed before Paul came on the scene. Therefore the office/function of the apostle is one like the others that continue until...(Refer to The Ephesians 4). Jesus will continue to give these functions until... Lastly, the teaching gift/ability goes with each gift/function. You can't have an apostle, prophet, or evangelist who doesn't teach. In fact Scripture states that God set first apostles, prophets and then teachers (I Corinthians 12) in the church. Why! Foundational we witness, prophetic words, and doctrinal structure for the body. Do then the pastors function to teach isn't just with this office, it's to all to offices. You have to be a face to face witness of Jesus resurrection...read Paul's account and witness of how he was selected for ministry. Sadly as u say many are not true apostles. This is a much needed teaching and correction to and in the Body of Christ. Thanks for your service.

You can't say whom God didn't and did call to be an Apostle or anything thereof. Just know them by their fruits. Just got to be careful what you say when you are calling out these folks. For all we may know, you could be interpreting the bible wrong as well. So i feel that if you are going to say this type of stuff, let it be something God told you to say.

First thing I disagree with that you said, Apostles didn't call themselves apostles? Literally every book Paul wrote the first words was, I Paul, Apostle of Jesus Christ...Even though the churches knew Paul as an Apostle. So How do you justify saying that you don't see that in scripture.
I will admit 90% do not meet the criteria to even be a bishop my scripture so most are NOT Apostles. But to say apostles never refer to themselves as apostles is a blatant lie.

Saying an apostle had to see Christ after the resurrection is not biblical, Barnabus was not around during the resurrection, he also neither saw Christ in the bible, but scripture calls him an Apostle.

I find it interesting how Jesus commanded the disciples to do nothing until the Holy Spirit comes, but they still cast lots to fill the 12th spot prior to Pentecost. I'm making a total guess at this, but I think that Jesus always intended the 12th spot to go to Paul. Mathias still qualified, but he wasn't the intended 12th person, imo.
