The tips that I can give you is take it easy. They are going to have you doing a lot of things. Learning and learning. Get comfortable on doing the same pre trip as the trainers (CDT’s) show you. Practice your pre trip routine in your hotel room at the end of the day (that’s what I did back then). On the road test remember trucks and trailers need a wide turn (no curb rubs) and watch your signs. As I already said, please try to ease your stress going through onboarding, you’re going to have stress, just try to manage it the best that you can do. i am little different i go get free room and food from casino every week. but then i m single and play little and win little during my time off. better than paying for motel or rent a place.
