今日は、とても嬉しい事がありました。私の住んでいる地域が大雪で、積雪が1メートル以上もあり、夜に除雪車が来てくれるかとても不安になりました。そこで、今回教わったスキルを実践してみました。神に不安を打ち明けて、しばらく静かに瞑想をしてから、できる限り雪掻きをしました。すると、近所の方が自家用の除雪機で、全ての雪を綺麗に除雪してくれたのです。私の不安は昼の内に解決してしまいました。神は、私の想像以上の結果を与えて下さいました。ありがとうございます。ジャイグル⭐

Years ago the Monastics came to New York and shared we should be News conscious..Yes Media like Facebook etc we could take breaks .I live in between Ny and New Jersey Try not paying attention ..Weather SAFETY Food recall..Somehow balance is needed ...in every aspect of our lives..blessings
