Yeah, I can see why the in game one was chosen. The soundtrack is more lighthearted for a final moment against the main antagonist.

In-Game version sounds like it’s not the final fight. It sounds great for team tag action though, but I personally would like this fight to have a one on one phase of Odin versus Kratos or Atreus.

0:30 imagine this song with Kratos going to defeat Surtr with the Blade of Olympus, sticking it in his heart and exploding Asgard completely, triggering a tornado of lightning, bringing down even the Wall of Asgard

I prefer the in game version as it matches the darker and more horrifying nature of Odin’s insanity during that final fight.

i love the gameplay, but i also love the last part of the ost with the violin, i think those two combined would really convey the downfall of the all father and how everything he’s ever done is undone by kratos
