After 11 months how did the canvas hold up with the clorox cleaning?

Sorry for the late reply , but the usual camping events i go to were cancelled due to Covid . Last weekend i took the trailer to a 4 day music festival and set it up for the first time this season . It was in the exact same condition as at the end of the video with no mold . It rained a full day and i had no leaks ; however i did spray it with waterproofing after i cleaned the mold (the link to that video is below this vid). Hope that helps Mike !

Have a 1988 pop up that could use a good cleaning and was quite interested how the bleach cleaning came out. Thank you for the video and reply!

I've had really great success removing mildew stains from canvas with a borax water combination on a bright sunny day. Sun bleaching does wonders combined with the borax

Really like the common sense way you did the job and enjoyed your commentary. I have the exact same problem you had, a used trailer I bought with the mold cleaned by the person I purhased from, I wanted to do a better job and used several cleaning products and methods. The results were not as good as yours (although acceptable) encouraging me to give it another go. Thanks for the video

Get yourself some miracle mist, your pop up will look brand new with little effort. Just rinse it down good with water and sponge afterwards. I've use it on my pop up for years never had a problem with it

Yes bc this was too long, unnecessary, and exhausting. The amount of filth, dirt, mold, etc inside of that camper holds some severe germs, bacteria, & agents to get him sick. Use miracle mist and it works excellent. It will kill and eat thru all the filth inside that camper. I need a drink now.

50:1 50 parts water 1 part Chlorine mix can be left on between 10 to 20 minutes and rinse with clean water. after dry in open air area if possible (less chance of burning the fabric and/or sewing thread at sems

We have light dirt stains on ours. I fully intend to use an extractor to clean mine. If used with clean water, an extractor like a green machine will pull out 90% or more of the stuff and using water only in the machine rinses the chemical out and then wipe with a clean dry towel. I have had great luck using an extractor for many uses.

cheaper to use diluted vineger with water and rinse, diluted chlorine with water after and rinse, then nano seal kit for rain proofing just in case you peeled off some scotch guard rain guard... a pressurized bug spray can does better both on applying and rinsing without too much pressure faster & easier both inside and out

I watched your video about how to clean mold off a pop-up camper canvas.
You use the three different products.
Are you seeing you liked using the mirage 2000 for everything and then you went after you finished mirage 2000 you use the Clorox.?
Or did you find out that just using the Clorox is the best way to go.

Is the fabric in this like tent material? Mine feels like in inside is fabric and the outside is a vinyl. I have a couple stains in mine I would like to try and clean but I keep seeing that it would need to waterproofed and I'm not sure if we have the same material.

I thought about using a stream cleaner for mine. I think that should clean it pretty well. I just don't know what effects it will have on the material.

I have not had to use anything on my Kodiac Canvas as of yet, but as an absolute last case scenario before throwing it out, I too would resort to Clorox Cleanup as a last ditch effort, if it was in the condition that this guys tent appears to be. What do you use?

I amsure it eventually will, but as stated, it would be a ladt resort, and if it was in the condition as the one in the vid. Mine is not like this yet. Hopefully never will be.
