Thanks for this video! We had quite a bit of mildew on one of our bed ends. After watching your video, we purchased some Miracle Mist and my daughter and I had the same results! Incredible!
I had a pop up tent trailer that periodically got mold spots on the tip outs. This is nearly impossible to avoid because you are bound to leave any campsite with some organic material on the canvas. Because your trailer is closed for travel and storage that organic material will begin to breakdown and cause mold. Canvas is very difficult to clean because it can be damaged by almost any cleaner except soap and water. That’s where the hydrogen peroxide comes in. Simply open up your trailer on a warm day or even at the campsite before you set up the beds etc. Mist straight hydrogen peroxide onto the canvas wherever you see dark mold. Don’t rub the canvas because you want to keep that material strong. Let the hydrogen peroxide dry and reapply as necessary until all those little mold spots are gone. This will not damage the fabric and will remove all the mold before you have a really big problem. I did this for over a decade on my tent trailer and never had a hole or weak fabric as a result. Just really white clean canvas. I hope this helps someone. I searched for years to find a safe product that works without damaging that canvas. Great video. Oh. I also use it straight on white baseball hats that get sweat stained. Does a great job.
MiracleMist is the real deal. Saved hours of work and my camper looks like new. You will definitely need to wear goggles and gloves, and pull all of the cushions and mattresses out before you start.
This stuff works great you won't be disappointed. I sprayed it on let it set for a couple minutes scrubbed with a stiff little brush and used a wet towel to wipe off. It worked great.
Did the miracle mist get the stains/mold off the two canvas windows? The two that are on the side that the door is and the side that the sink is on...or did you use something else on those? The miracle mist has worked wonders on the inside parts of the zippers, and side canvas panels, but I cannot get the stains off those two canvas windows!
Okay this worked great for me! But now my camper smells like bleach.. im hoping will eventually go away but what can I do to help make the smell go away?
Can this product be use with the blackwolf floor tent ( blackwolf turbo lite plus 300 series) mould and mildew ? And where can I purchase it? thanks in advance 🙏🙏🙏
I don't see why not. It works on all tent fabric. Just make sure you follow the directions and then waterproof it when you're done. Should be available at Walmart or Amazon.
Wondering what you paid for Miracle Mist. Listing at $82 here in Canada. I have used Clorox Bleach spray with pretty good results on a hybrid trailer with pop up ends but it still didn't clean everything.
So Close! Our roof was a little rough. Kind of caved in from snow sitting on it all winter. Here’s a video of us sealing it th-cam.com/video/08IKVU0ooL4/w-d-xo.html
I have a 2008 Rockwood pop up camper with mildew and mold just like the one you have. I am using Miracle Mist and it’s not working. I am desperate to get it looking better but it not working. Did I get a bad bottle?
@@spencerandamyshumway158 I know this is late but maybe try the other good spray I've seen called Star Brite. Maybe they work differently on different molds 🤔. It's cheap and worth a shot!
Thank you for sharing your videos on the mold and mildew removal. Your camper looks amazing in your second video. I'd like to try the product, but wondering if you know of any difference between the Miracle Mist you used and the one specifically for R.V.s and boats? Thank you for any input!
hello thanks for the video i have a problem like yours! I just received the Miracle mist and I plan to use it tomorrow my question is just apply it and wait, or I have to put water or use a towel, or something to brush!
Mosiah Santos I kept a bucket of hot water and large sponge with me. I sprayed and waited... you’ll see the mold get lighter and lighter. After a few minutes I would wipe the area with the sponge to get the excess chemical off. I didn’t need a scrub brush at all.
I was trying to find out if I could use this product on the outside of my Class A---however I have 4 awings that are cloth (brown). And also wanted to use it in a hose sprayer. Is it even possible? I am elderly and cannot get up on a ladder anymore. Thank you.
I have used a combination of bleach and water on my canvas bunk-ends (I have a hybrid camper) which helps but doesn't quite do the job. Do you know how this product will interact with bleach? I'm afraid to use this too soon after my water and bleach solution.
You will need to apply a waterproofed after you’re done. You can’t use it on the outside if there is vinyl. It is bad for the vinyl. Only works on canvas.

After cleaning w/the peroxide do you have to apply a sealer for waterproofing afterwards like you do w/the miracle mist product?
@@eleshiak8860 I am not sure. I never dispute. I only used it on the inside. I never had a problem with leaking afterward
This stuff rocks thanks for the recommendation my camper went from salvage to safe. Little to no scrubbing needed.
Matt Klingensmith love you hear that!! Congrats!
I used Miracle Mist on my pop up tent trailer to clean mold off my canvas and it worked GREAT..!!!
Thanks for the video, we have that exact trailer with much milder mildew so it's nice to see a method that I know will work on it.

Oh yeah I did my Camper canopy.Nice and clean.
Wish you would have done demostration
Is they miricle spray good to get rid of black mold also?
I bought miracle mist and used it on my camper. Unfortunately it turned my canvas dark yellow and we had to get a new canvas.
Hi.. Will it wash away the waterproofing ? Which product to use to waterproof it again ?
I just ordered the miracle mist mold and mildew remover for campers and TVs, think it works just as good as the regular miracle mist??
I think it’s the same formula.
Also, did you only use the waterproofing spray inside? Or did you also use it on the outside also?
It worked on everything for us. And I only used it inside.
How has the canvas lasted after a few years thank you sir!
This is what I’d like to know
Okay this worked great for me! But now my camper smells like bleach.. im hoping will eventually go away but what can I do to help make the smell go away?
Ours did as well. It dissipated pretty quickly by just leaving the camper open and letting it air out.
Yep I cleaned the paint on a Deville and cleaoed th vinyl roof on another Deville. That stuff works

Great video! What is the dilution ratio you used on the curtains?
Roger Pruitt 3/1 water to chemical.
I need this for my pop up but having trouble getting it in Canada. :(

The bottle I bought was $12
I also live in Canada and it was ridiculously priced. I ordered it to a US address and had it shipped to me from there.
Can I use this on the outside of my 23 foot kodiak camper. It’s a little molded from sitting for a year and need to clean it. Thanks
I’ve never used it on anything solid. I’m sure it would work but I would test it somewhere hidden first to be sure.
Hi after does it look yellow on the inside of your camper canvas when the sun hits it?
It did not. Looked perfect
How do you use the product? Do you use a sponge to rob in the product ?
its a spray. you just spray it on and wait a few minutes. Then you rinse it off with water and a sponge
Was your roof in good shape? We just bought the same camper and our canvas isn't nearly as bad but the roof front and sides are spongy.

amaddox11281 thanks for the comment. I actually don’t know any other Miracle most other than the one I used.
amaddox11281 mist.... not most. Lol
Ok, thank you!
How many bottles of Miracle Mist did you use? My goodness, it looks good after! I can definitely appreciate all that hard work!

Priscilla Richardson you’d have to check the manufacturers specs but I think this stuff might be to caustic for that use.
Did you have to waterproof it afterwards?
I did. Always recommended to add a waterproofed afterwards. Was very easy. Bough the scotch guard brand from Walmart. Works great
Can I use this on green canvas or too much bleach?
You’ll have to research a bit more on that. The only canvas I used it in was natural color. I’ll see what I can find.
Thanks. Did you or do you need to waterproof again after using this?
signal20jim definitely need to. I bought some al Walmart that worked great. Very easy to apply
Paul DeSousa what stuff did you buy to waterproof it again?
Ciara Broyles I believe it was a scotch guard product from Walmart.
Do you apply the waterproof stuff by just spraying it on?

That’s a good question. I hadn’t used anything so I didn’t check. Maybe their website has information?
It says not to add anything with it.
What did you do about the mattresses?
Nothing. Lol. Used it as is until we sold the camper.

What did you use for outside canvas ?
JFRANK ELTATA just soap and water. The outside was in good shape.
Does this ruin water proofing?
